I don’t think we could have had a better experience if we tried, Tom was awesome and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us sell our home. As first time sellers with hectic lives as it it, we needed someone to guide us through with as little stress and as much information as possible, and Tom did that. He was super responsive and thorough and helpful throughout the entire process, even when we texted or called at strange hours to ask about a last minute showing or whatever else came up. We were able to sign most everything virtually, which made the process go so smoothly, and our home sold quickly for more than we had anticipated going into the selling process. We were very nervous about this thing being a big headache and frustration and Tom and his team made it really an easy and enjoyable experience. They even have a free moving truck!

Gave us great advise, stood by us and made sure that everything got done. He was sent from heaven to help us.

Tom Fisher very much had our best interests throughout the process. We viewed several homes, and Tom was honest in his comments to make sure we didn't purchase a house he didn't think would be good for us. He helped negotiate substantial payments from the sellers to cover major repairs noted from the inspection, and he even gave us additional money out of his own personal funds to cover items the sellers refused to pay for. Tom Endicott gave us good guidance when Tom Fisher wasn't available. Pam Duffey helped make sure we were sufficiently aware of the final steps to closing. Overall, a great team effort!

Team Endicott provided excellent service to my husband and I. Being first time home buyers, we didn't know much about what to expect and what to do throughout the home buying process. Tom Endicott and his team walked us through each step, and answered each and every question we had quickly and thoroughly. We would often received response emails within minutes, which in today's home buying market is crucial. They got us in to view homes within 24 hours of my husband and I asking to see one, sometimes even sooner. We felt so at ease and completely taken care of during this entire process, and could not be happier with our experience.

Everything went really well. We sold our house in less than 5 days. Tom and his team were great. I would recommend Tom to anyone and would use his services 10 times over.

Tom Fisher helped us 2 years ago to purchase the house we were selling, so it was great that he knew the background of the home during the process. The Endicott photographer (Nathan) did a great job capturing the unique character of our home. In the end, our home had a full price offer within 24 hours of going on the market. Tom made time immediately following the next day to take us on a last minute home tour and stayed with us until almost 7pm on a Sunday to put in an offer on our new house, and referred us to a mortgage company that could pre-qualify us immediately (we had a 24 business day turn-around for closing to meet our buyer's needs). Tom and the entire team at Team Endicott RE/MAX Ability Plus made selling and buying a new home stress-free, which is quite a task when you are pregnant and closing less than 2 weeks from your due date.

From start to finish, Charity's service was exemplary. She put so much time and energy into us without ever seeming to get tired!  Loads of info and research was presented on the local area, Hamilton County as well as the overall communities and background of Indianapolis.  Best introduction into a new town we could have had.  Highly recommend!

We contacted Tom as soon as we decided we were ready to buy and he made the whole process easy. He met for coffee and listened to what we were looking for. Within a day we had access to an online portal with homes that matched our criteria and he was able to use what we like on the portal to set up showings. As first time buyers it was a blessing to have an honest agent. We found the right house quickly and he was with us every step of the way. The whole office communicated with us during each step and made it easy. I don't see another move in the near future, but we recommend this office to everyone we know.

Charity and the entire Endicott team were awesome.  Not only did they make the listing process seamless and easy, they sold our home in record time for a great price and kept us informed and engaged as we needed to be throughout the process.   They also helped us find our new home on very short notice for a great price as well.   I would not hesitate to leverage their services again on future real estate transactions and will  recommend them to all my friends and family!!

If I had it to do over again I would pay to have a house inspected before putting on the market so as to insure everything was in order and to encourage a quick sale. My house had an offer for asking price just three hours after being put on the market. After inspection it was found to have termite damage in crawl space which entailed a lot of work and expense. This could have been avoided had I realized the damage before putting it on the market. However Endicott took over the responsibility of having the work done and house was sold within a month of completion of work.

Purchase went on with a few negotiations ReMax took the cost for some to complete the sale. The selling took longer and they went the extra mile to get multiple offers.

Tom was great.  Very experienced and knowledgeable. He is the most responsive realtor I've ever worked with.  Additionally, he will go to bat for you when necessary.

Tom and his entire company was extremely helpful. My husband and I would recommend Endicott Realty to anyone hands down. Tom provided us with excellent service. He was very willing to show us houses on a moments notice. When walking through the houses he was very thorough with great knowledge pointing out areas of concern or places where we might need to spend extra money to fix or correct things. He also pointed out topics we weren't even thinking about. He was our main contact through the whole process including our initial meeting to better understand what we were looking for and explaining the home buying process. This was especially helpful as first time home buyers. He checked on us throughout the process, provided referrals for contractors, insurance ect., and assisted with the closing. With many things going on in our family at the time including a high risk pregrancy and a very ill family member, we didn't have time to do all the research we typically would have done. It was the best thing to be able to really trust Tom, his entire company, and the referrals he gave us leaving us with one less thing to worry about. I CANNOT say enough how great Tom and his entire company was!!

Tom Endicott is a prime example of a person who truly puts the customer first. We decided to build a new home and bringing him into the fold was the best decision we ever made. He was more than understanding and cooperating with our seemingly endless questions that we had. When we did have a question, the answer was given in a timely and professional manner. There were a lot unknowns and lessons learned throughout the process, but having him on our side gave us great piece of mind.
I am a firm believer that, at the end the day, what really matters is if a customer would recommend the company (or person in this matter) to friends and family. Getting customers to promote your business off of past experiences is no easy task and if that occurs, the company should get all the recognition possible. Will gladly promote and use again!
