The project went well from beginning to end. It was on time and on budget except for some minor additions I requested. Carpenters were on time in the morning, pleasant, professional and skilled. They cleaned up after themselves.

They were busy but kept to timeline originally given. The work is beautiful.

All work was done very well. All workers were very professional. This was a big project and took a little over 30 days to complete. It was done on time and on budget. Tim stopped by often to ensure that the work was being done as expected. Removing the load bearing wall turned out to be a little bigger deal than expected. HVAC needed to be rerouted and a water line moved. Tim had very good suggestions about overcoming the problems that were encountered. As the scope of work changed due to our revisions Tim did a great job of explaining the cost of the changes. Quality work is not cheap and I can say you get what you pay for. All work was very high quality. We had no call backs. He is very easy to work with and I would recommend T Morgan Construction to anyone.

04/09/2014... still a work in progress. No money has been paid yet due to insurance. They have my basement gutted and blowers and dehumidifiers running. Drywall had to be cut off 2 feet up, carpet torn out as with the bathroom torn up. We have to completely rebuild the basement. I HIGHLY recomment Tim (T.Morgan) for any work you need done. He was there when I needed him and that was a huge relief. Has not been easy, but Tim has taken most of the stress off of us. Outstanding.

As always, Kurt showed up with a smile and sweet nature. He completely the work perfectly and cleaned up every spec of dust and debris. Ceiling (vaulted) looks brand new. He had to compete with my cat for the the ladders and such, but is used it by now. TMorgan has remodeled our bathroom and a total gut of our kitchen. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done. Would never consider another company.

That was fine. The roof was good and I had one little problem and they did come back and correct that cosmetic thing. They stayed a little after dark to finish up in one day. They were good.

The Project Assistant replied within 24 hours to ask me for a description of what I wanted done so that she could block out an appropriate amount of time for an estimate. I responded the next day (12-6-13) with a detailed description. I had not heard back from her for several days so I sent the 12-6-13 email again on 12-12-13. Her response later that day: "Tim (her husband) has been out of the country and just returned to the office yesterday. I wanted to speak with him prior to responding to your email. As I suspected, he confirmed that we are no longer servicing the West Side of Indianapolis. Our office has relocated to the far east side so we have redrawn our service area accordingly. Unfortunately, I don't have anyone to recommend in your area." According to their Angie's List webpage, on the date of their 12-12-13 email, they are located at the same address as they were for the work done at my residence in July of 2012. Their Angie's List webpage says that they service "Marion and surrounding counties." My home is in Wayne Township, which IS part of Marion County- approximately 22.8 miles door-to-door from their present location. If they have indeed "redrawn (their) service area accordingly," why isn't this reflected on their Angie's List webpage? If indeed they are no longer servicing the west side of Indianapolis, why didn't the Project Assistant tell me this when she first replied on 12-5-13 instead of asking for details about what I wanted an estimate for? And why wasn't this relocation a barrier to their company doing work at my home in July of 2012 (they were at the same address that they currently show on their Angie's List webpage)?

We have used T Morgan for several projects. We appreciate the high quality of their work, particularly their attention to detail. This project involved a lot of tile work.

We were very happy with T Morgan. Tim, Shani, Kent, and Brett were very professional and flexible to our proposed changes. In addition, they thoroughly explained everything they were doing and gave us several options from which to choose. We would definitely recommend them for anyone.

Tmorgan is great to work with. they one always on time and with in budget.

They did an ok job, and were willing to work with me. The work wasn’t top of the line, and we finished up the project with some issues that never got resolved.

Overall ok, there were normal issues with back orders and manufacturer delay. Tim was responsive when necessary.

Their prices are outrageous. They wanted to charge me $6300.00. He kept trying to get me to turn my tub and make my shower bigger. He wanted to charge me $11,000.00 for that. They were punctual and timely. They emailed me a drawing and a price of what they were going to do. The staff and the man that came out were very professional and its a great company. I didn't have it done because it's out of my price range.

Excellent! We would definitely use them again, and probably will, as we purchased an older home that has a number of areas in need of some updates.

T Morgan is the most reliable contractor we have worked with ever. They do exactly what they say. They will do -when they say they will do it. Excellent craftsmen.

The guys worked hard everyday. They arrived on time and if they were going to be late the informed me a day in advance. Did a beautiful job and did it in a timely manner. They cleaned up the place.

Excellent. Pre work meeting to discuss particulars and schedule of work. Crew arrived on time day of and was very friendly and professional. Went above and beyond in site work and clean up. No surprises! Finished driveway is just what we wanted. You get what youpay for with this company. A little more money for peace of mind and quality work.

Overall, everything went well. The blown insulation was done by a sub who should have cleaned up a little better, but overall not too bad. All other items were done by Tim's employee who was excellent. He arrived on time, but down drop clothes, did not track snow or dirt through the house and wrapped up on time each day. I am planning to use them again for a kitchen remodel project and installation of hard wood floors.

Tim Morgan and his crew are the best I've worked with and there are many. We feel he is fair in price. Work is excellent and timely. The crew is professional and daily clean up is unbelievable. WE have them scheduled for more work this fall and winter!
