Tom did a great job in redoing our cushions for the couch.  We have a number of things that need to be recovered and will use him for all of them.  He was on time, quick turn around.  He is very good with suggestions on how to make things look better and coming up with ideas for recovering the pieces i.e. trims and fabric combinations. He also will not try to up sell you to make the prices go up.
I looked at other pieces he was doing and they all were very well done.  His prices are the best in town.

I secured three estimates to have the work done and this company's was by far the least expensive. However, the adage that you get what you pay for was probably true in this case. The people at T & H are very nice and the upholstery work looks good. The problem was that they really skimped on the padding. I only bought the chair/ottoman/pillows about five years ago from Expressions Furniture, so it was quality, expensive product but the fabric was clawed up by my cats. Now, you can feel the wood in the arms of the chair, Even though it was overstuffed when I gave it to them to work on. Even the pillows are flat, which is odd since they weren't when I handed them over to be reupholstered. They obviously gave me different pillows in return. From a distance, the chair and ottoman look great, but as far as the sitting goes, not so much. I didn't complain because I figured it was my fault for going the cheap route, but I've learned my lesson.

One of the dining room chairs came back broken, the sofa still smelled. I called at least 3-4 times to have this corrected. The first time I called, I talked to Tom, who was pleasant. He commented, ''I told you those chairs were no good, but I'll come out & get it.'' That was maybe in March. If that was the case, why did he upholster them in the first place. I heard from them once in May. He called back, but their phone was being tested ''for trouble.''

Excellent work and the turnaround time was two days. Unbelievable. I am now sending them a headboard to remake. I would recommend this company to anyone.

TOM IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. HE AND JEANNE ARE TERRIFIC. THEY DID HIGH QUALITY WORK AND TURNED IT AROUND IN A VERY REASONABLE TIME FRAME. I'VE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE BEFORE AND SINCE THIS RECENT WORK.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE CHAIR LOOKS BRAND NEW! I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

ON TIME TO PICK UP FURNITURE. DELIVERED EXACTLY AS PROMISED. WHEN THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS ILL, OFFICE CALLED PROMPTLY TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY. COURTEOUS STAFF, EXCELLENT WORK, EXCELLENT PRICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

WE ARE USING THEM FOR OTHER WORK.

EXTREMELY TIMELY IN PICK UP AND DELIVERY.

HAD THREE LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE BACK IN TWO WEEKS

REALLY GOOD SERVICE, VERY RELIABLE, THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE, DID TWO OTTOMANS, THEY LOOK BETTER THAN NEW, MEMBER WANTS TO RECOVER ALL OF HER FURNITURE.
