Suzette's Tub Saver

I'm extremely pleased with the results of the refinishing of my tub and sinks from Suzette's Tub Saver. Excellent work, plus she's a super nice person. I've had other companies in the past that weren't as good. Our black glass tile hasn't been made since 1941 and she was very careful with it. Highly recommend.

Both Suzette and Jeff were very personal and professional. I went through what needed to be done and the set to work immediately. They were very careful to protect all the surfaces around the tub/bathroom that might come in contact with the spray. They repaired and then prepped the tub for its finally coating. They set up a blower to exhaust the fumes outside (I choose to run the blower most of the night - we did not smell any odors in the rest of the house). They returned the next morning to do a final cleanup and inspection.

The fiberglass base of a shower in our home needed to either be refinished or replaced.  Replacement would have been much more expensive as we would have had to locate tile that was no longer in production.  Suzette gave an estimate over the phone via photos I sent.  She worked us into her schedule in just a few days.  She took great care to shield the rest of the shower and bathroom from her process.  She and her husband Jeff, who works with her, spent 5 - 6 hours to complete the work.  It looks fantastic!  They even used a non-slip topcoat.  They could not have been nicer or easier to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the finished product.

Suzette and Jeff are such lovely, competent, helpful people! They did a terrific job. They advised that it would probably be more cost efficient to put in new tub surround but, due to specific circumstances, I found it better to resurface. I am glad I did.

Suzette is very personable and did a great job.  She gave us several tips for keeping our tub in immaculate condition.  I would definitely recommend.

We were so pleased with the first tub Suzette refinished we had her do our second.  Everything she does is perfect.  For a little extra she will recaulk and her job was just beautiful.  Later in 2015, we will have her do a down stars shower for us.

I selected Suzette's Tub Saver based on the reviews and A ratings received on Angie's List.  Suzette returned my call and was very friendly over the phone. She explained the process and pricing to have two cast iron tubs re-glazed and caulked. The tubs were not in horrible condition but they were original to the 1942 home and I needed to change the color to white. The service was performed on-time for the quoted price and the tubs look like new, what more can you ask for?

Suzette came highly rated on Angie's list. She quoted a slightly lower price than other competition with comparable high ratings.

She scraped off the old caulking, which was very hard and took 90 minutes alone. Then she stripped an old finish that had been poorly applied before we bought the property. Next she etched the tub, which was a step the prior finisher skipped. Then she cleaned the surface and applied the glazing with a spray gun.

All the time she was careful to vent fumes in the house and to protect herself from the fumes.

The result was a beautifully finished tub, which is a huge improvement. We are very happy with the end product.

We were very happy with Suzette's tub service. She talks a lot but that's okay with me. She's doing a great job. She's very professional. It's an A service definitely. She was here within like a week or two. Her price is very good. They had the right quote and so, that was really good. I think she had to postpone the day or whatever but I was okay with that. She got done what she needed to get done. I've referred her to a tons of people.

On a Friday, I left a message on Suzette's voicemail asking for a price quote. She did not get back to me until the following Tuesday. She apologized profusely about taking so long to get back to me; she had been out of town. After that she always returned my calls in less than an hour. We scheduled the work for the following Monday. She was a little bit late arriving, but in her defense I made it clear to her that I would be home all day and the exact time was not important to me. She did call to let me know that she was running a little late. Suzette was very friendly and accommodating. She stripped the tub of the old glaze, repaired many chips, and refinished the tub. Suzette offered to come back that night to caulk after the glaze had dried, so we could use the tub that night, but since that wasn't necessary, she came back the next morning to caulk. The tub looks great. Suzette was friendly, hard-working and, except after the initial call, very quick to return my calls. I gave her an "A" in punctuality because, although she had been a little later than she had said, I had told her that I wasn't overly worried about what time she showed up, and she called to let me know she was running a little late.

Suzette was quite pleasant to have in my home and she did an excellent job.

Suzette did an excellet job of regazing our bath tub.  It looks absolutely beautiful!  She was professional, prompt and very efficient.

When was the last time you paid MORE than you were charged for a service? Ever? Well let me tell you about Suzette! I decided when i wrote out a check to her that I was adding another $50.00 because she deserved it! She is very very good at her job! I love, love my new sparkling white bath tub. She came and stripped off the old finish, primed it, painted it and caulked it. Im so pleased and Im no longer embarrased by my bathtub. Here 24 hours later Im still beaming! Without Angies List and all the good feedback, I would have never found her. Thank you so much!
