Jeff and his team were great. They came out on a Sunday to diagnose the A/C issue. My unit was 15 years old and the compressor was fried. Monday evening I had a new A/C unit installed and working well.

They had a little trouble figuring out the problem, and had to return with a different tech, so it took a little longer than expected. But, they were professional and clean and fixed the issue. A few days later they refunded me $150 without me even asking, because they felt I had been overcharged. This was very honest and kind.
