Elden and his assistants have handled all of our pool needs for more than 5 years including opening, closing, weekly maintenance and repairs.  Over the years he done major repairs including replaced our vinyl liner, replaced the automatic pool cover, replaced the pool pump, and installed  a salt water chlorine generator.  We have not had any "cloudy" water for years now and get to enjoy our pool worry free. He is honest and reliable and takes the time to explain issues and recommendations. He goes the extra mile to try to reduce our costs and save us money on replacement parts and repairs. Bob has been doing most of the service this year and has been excellent!  You will not go wrong by choosing Super Handyman for all of your pool needs!

Craftsmanship was very good.  Timely service.  Didn't have to wait for a return visit after the first estimate.

I contacted Eldon and his wife Sarah through an email message on Angies list. Sarah responded back very promptly. There was about a month wait to get on the schedule because this was a very busy time of year for them, but we were told this upfront and I was okay with that. Eldon showed up a month later at the prearranged scheduled day and time, he was prompt quick, courteous and informative. He showed us a video of underneath the hot tub so we could clearly see what the problem was. He told us the solution and told us he would find out the cost of the parts we needed and get back to us with an estimate. We received the detailed estimate a few days later via email. We sent 1/2 up front to cover the cost of ordering the parts and set the appt for him to replace the parts, clean and refill the hot tub and treat the water with appropriate chemicals etc. He arrived as promised on the appointed day with his daughter at about 10am the job took most of the day until around 5:00. We were very pleased with the work . By the end of the day we had a clean, functioning hot tub with crystal clear water ( which is difficult to get when you are working with well water as we are). He even called the next day to ensure that the water had heated up to the correct temperature and that everything was working properly. We had never owned a hot tub before so he did great job of explaining to us how to maintain it, how to make the parts last longer by cleaning the filter etc. We paid the balance of the estimate on completion of the work. I had researched the cost of the parts online and I felt that the cost was very reasonable considering the cost of the parts and the time they had to spend completing the job. I would definitely use them again.

Had breaker tripped and spa not functioning properly.  In addition, had leak that had progressively been getting worse.  Two were related.  Elden quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it by replacing parts the next day.  His work ethic, work quality, honesty and knowledge are second to none.  The beauty is, he uses no subs.  The challenge is, he uses no subs.  He's only one guy, so you need to be patient sometimes, but the patience is worth it.  Elden is my vendor of choice!

The estimate and work were completed as scheduled.  No drama, just good workmanship at a fair price.  I'm very satisfied.

I e-mailed Eldon's office a couple of months ago asking for service late in November.  The office lady had to leave a message on our answering machine when she called back to set the date and time.  Since we did not have a conflict with her schedule we did not even have to call back. 
Eldon was here promptly on the date at the correct time.  He worked efficiently and was finished within an hour.

There was some scheduling delays and a miscommunication on the option choice and materials decided on for the job but it all got worked out and it looks like Jay did a good job on the shed floor replacement. They offered a discount on final bill due to scheduling delays. I would call SHS for future jobs.

I called because we are new pool owners, and needed to figure out why our pilot light wasn't working on the pool heater. Eldon did a great job. He worked with my three year old toddler and dog staring over his shoulder the entire time! I received fantastic service, and I'm so excited to have found "my pool guy"!!

Did the job on time and on budget, communicated well.

We acquired a hot tub that we were unaware was not working.  SHS came out on 3 separate occasions, the last time on a Sunday, to work with our "problem child" tub until they were able to fix it.  They were always on time, dressed very professional, and were very courteous.  We always have a lot of kids around and the owner went out of his way to humor them with his truck horn! (they loved it!)Their service was fantastic, and they exhausted all other options before finally deciding we needed knew parts.  Most companies seem to want you to just spend as much money as possible, but SHS was truly customer oriented.  The owner came himself to replace the parts and came on a Sunday afternoon because he knew we had been working on this tub for awhile.  He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.  I would highly recommend SHS Pool Service, and their parent company Super Handyman Services for everything!
