Tim Stanley is very professional and easy to work with. He gave us different price point options and helped us select the components for our home theater systems. He also was able to coordinate an estimate for modifying an entertainment center for the new TV. We ended up not doing that part, but it was nice that he was willing to oversee even that part of the project. Tim worked very closely with us throughout the project. He was on the job all along the way. We are thrilled with our systems. Tim has also been available for any follow up questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Stratus Audio/Video.

Stratus was prompt and all estimate of time and expenses were as per written estimate. Stratus found problems in our existing and returned to replace non-working equipment per their new estimate. Stratus arrived when they said and did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the installation.

Technicians arrived as promised; wore protective clothing to protect my flooring and furniture from debris; installed equipment in a very timely manner and left all areas very clean.

STRATUS AUDIO/VIDEO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE EQUIPMENT. THE ESTIMATE GIVEN WAS THE PRICE OF THE WORK. I HAVE USED STRATUS AUDIO/VIDEO AT VARIOUS TIMES OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS AND I RECOMMEND THEM MOST HIGHLY! THEY ARE NEAT, HONEST, AND THE END RESULT IS TERRIFIC.

WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT THE WORK NOT BEING COMPLETED, THEY SAID THEY COULD COME BACK, BUT THEY WOULD CHARGE FOR THE VISIT. WHEN I LATER LOOKED AT THE WIRING, I NOTICED THAT OTHER ASPECTS OF THE JOB WERE NOT DONE CORRECTLY. THE SPEAKERS WERE HOOKED UP BACKWARDS. I MADE MY APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. I WAS OUT OF TOWN PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I CHECKED MY MESSAGES, HE SAID THAT IF HE DID NOT HEAR FROM ME BY 5PM THE PREVIOUS DAY, HE WOULD NOT BE COMING. I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8AM MONDAY AND HE SHOWED UP AT 9:30AM. HE SAID IT WOULD BE $100 FOR THE INITIAL HOUR TO REDO THE WORK THAT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. I WAS TRYING TO WORK WITH THE COMPANY BUT I AM NOW TIRED OF DEALING WITH THEM.

TIM STANLEY IS AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER WHO MAINTAINS STATE OF THE ART KNOWLEDGE ON CURRENT A/V AND LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY. HE PERSONALLY DESIGNS SYSTEMS AND OVERSEES INSTALLATION. TINA WILLIAMS, HIS ASSISTANT IS GREAT TO WORK WITH, IN FACT, ONE OF THE BEST. TIM ALSO MAINTAINS TECHNICIANS ON CALL 24/7 FOR IMMEDIATE SERVICE SHOULD SOMETHING GO DOWN. THE COMPANY HAS BUILT A REPUTATION OF TRUST (AT LEAST WITH ME), AND THEY WILL BE DOING SIGNIFICANT WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE. I LOOKED AT A NUMBER OF LOCAL PROVIDERS AND THEY ARE THE BEST. THEY MAY NOT BE THE CHEAPEST, BUT STRATUS IS BY FAR THE BEST VALUE. IF YOU WANT CHEAP, GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE AND LIVE WITH IT.
