Great service, timely instillation. Best Granite seems I have ever seen! Set up electrician and plumber and both were timely and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I went to the Stone Center to pick out a large quantity (weight) of border stones. They were great to work with. I have the approximate distance I wanted to cover, they calculated out the tonnage needed and gave the various options. They delivered right on time as promised. No complaints.

Went to pick out stone that matched what we had used several years ago. They did not have the exact stone, but showed us a stone that was very close. Ordered the suggested amount for the project on a Friday, and it was delivered on the next Tuesday. The stone matched what we had in the yard beautifully. We did have about half the stone left over, and I called to schedule a pickup. The remaining stone was picked up within the week, and we were credited for the amount we did not use. As always, our experience with the Stone Center was excellent. We will definitely use them again -- great job!

Great customer service. The crew helped me pick out and load stones that were appropriate for my project. Since I don't have a truck, I opted for the dump truck delivery service. Since I had such a small order, they even agreed to unload the stone by hand at my home, to prevent breakage - which was very much appreciated. Above and beyond!

Salesperson Britanny was knowledgeable about which gravels are appropriate for driveways (very few are) and was willing to research the source of the stone (I wanted to be local, if possible). Delivery person (Howard?) was punctual and EXTRAORDINARILY careful and skilled at backing up the huge dumptruck. I have a narrow driveway with my neighbor's chimney on one side and a brick walk and window well on the other; the driver placed his tires just inches from both and twisted his way 'round the obstructions.

The purchase process was very straightforward, the staff is excellent and we enjoyed going through the selections at our own pace. Returns (excess product) were handled in a professional manner. As long as the product is competitively priced, we'll continue shopping at the Stone Center for our landscaping needs. It was a good experience. My only "negative" comment was the hours... It'd be nice if they were open past noon on Saturday but I'm not complaining.

The sales people at their office are very courteous and informative. They are able to help with the quantity needed and the styles of product available. They also recommended cost saving ideas like renting a truck from Lowe's and hauling some of the stone and sand ourselves. We have used them in the past and always been very pleased.

I selected the stone. The employee carried it inside for me. I spoke with Kelly (SP?) about the project. They said they would sandblast the plaque onto the stone for me. They also donated the cost of the stone. I only paid for the sandblasting labor work. The entire process took one week. They were wonderful to work with!!!

SELECTION IS GREAT - BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT. PRICES ARE FAIR. STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON WHICH MATERIAL WOULD BE BEST FOR OUR PROJECT. I BOUGHT 6 TONS OF STONE AND THEY DELIVERED IT. THE TRUCK WAS LEAKING OIL AND I HAD TO CLEAN IT UP. THEY CHARGED ME $40+ DELIVERY/TON AND THEIR COMPETITOR WAS $9.20+ DELIVERY/TON.

"WE CONTACTED THE MEMBER REGARDING THIS POOR REPORT. WE SPOKE TO THEM ABOUT THE OIL LEAK AND TOLD THEM WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS. HOWEVER, WE WERE NOT GIVEN A CHANCE BECAUSE THEY HAD CLEANED IT UP BEFORE THEY CALLED TO REPORT IT. AS FOR THE COMPLAINT REGARDING PRICE - THE KIND OF STONE THE MEMBER USED WAS A LOCAL CRUSHED LIMESTONE. WE CARRY THIS PRODUCT FOR CONVENIENCE PURPOSES. WE ARE NOT THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN FOR THIS LOCAL CRUSHED STONE. THEY STATED THAT THEY QUOTED OUR COMPETITOR''S PRICES, BUT THIS IS ACTUALLY OUR VENDOR, NOT OUR COMPETITOR. WE CAN''T EVEN PURCHASE IT AT THAT LOW OF A PRICE. WE FELT WE MADE A REASONABLE ATTEMPT TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION - HOWEVER, THE MEMBER WAS STILL DISSATISFIED. ALTHOUGH THE DELIVERY PERSON WAS ON TIME AND POLITE, THE PERSON I DEALT WITH ON THE PHONE RECOMMENDED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHEN I ASKED WHAT COULD BE DONE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, I WAS TOLD I JUST NEEDED TO BE STRONGER AND THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM.

ALL OF THE MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED AND WERE ON TIME AND DID NOT TEAR UP MY YARD BY DRIVING THROUGH IT. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND ALSO THE ESTIMATE FOR MATERIALS THEY GAVE WAS PERFECT, I WAS ONLY A FEW STONES SHORT AND HAD PLENTY OF DIRT.

I CALLED BACK TO INCREASE THE ORDER. VICKI TOOK THE ORIGINAL ORDER. THEY CALLED IN ADVANCE TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. THEY DID MAKE A MISTAKE IN THE DELIVERY; THEY DID NOT BRING THE AMOUNT WE HAD ASKED FOR ON THE REORDER. HOWEVER, THEY DID BRING THE REMAINING AMOUNT AT NO CHARGE!

I WENT INTO THE STONE CENTER NOT HAVING A CLUE ABOUT WHAT KIND OF STONE WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR A LARGE LANDSCAPING JOB THAT I WAS DOING AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT IN DELIVERING THE STONE ( I WANTED IT FRIDAY MORNING AT ABOUT 9:30 AND I GOT IT FRIDAY MORNING AT 9:30). THEIR DELIVERY MAN DID A GREAT JOB OF DUMPING THE STONE SO THAT IT DID NOT GO ALL OVER THE YARD AND DRIVEWAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I THINK THEY DELIVERED A LITTLE MORE THAN I CONTRACTED FOR. THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. I SCHEDULED A 2PM APPOINTMENT AND THE DELIVERY PERSON PARKED AND WAITED UNTIL 2PM TO RING THE BELL. I HAD ASKED THAT THE STONE BE DELIVERED ON PALLETS AND IT WAS. IT WAS ALSO SHRINK WRAPPED. EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE.

WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE. THEY SQUEEZED ME IN BECAUSE I WAS SO CLOSE. THEY GAVE ME FREE DELIVERY BECAUSE I WAS AROUND THE CORNER. THE QUALITY OF THEIR MULCH WAS FANTASTIC.
