called them on a friday. they came by on the tuesday and did the leaf removal, and them came back on thursday and finished the fall clean up. No further reminders needed. Efficient. We have used this company two years in a row and will plan on again doing so in the future.

We used their services beginning in 2012.  They did an exceptional job with our yard for a very reasonable price.  When we sent correspondence for a third year in a row, we never received a response.  I had also referred a colleague, who had arranged a meeting time, and they never showed.
