He did a nice job. He seems to know what he is doing. When I used him for the job, I hired him over for about a three month period. He did a very nice job on the countertop. The price was expensive. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Matt Higgins came out and gave me an estimate for the job. The job took him 3 days. He was professional and friendly. He did trim work in our bedroom and bathroom and did an outstanding job. He did a great job painting and installing two new mirrors and new lighting in our master bathroom. He had one person helping him who also did a good job and was professional and friendly as well. They cleaned up their mess and I thought the pricing was very fair in comparison to other quotes I had gotten. I would recommend Matt to anyone needing residential work done.

He did an excellent job and it looks gorgeous.

The wood was rotten. We got estimates from other companies and they stated the window was beyond repair and that I would have to replace the entire window. He was able to take out the old rotten window and replace the panes. We wanted to keep the mullions for aesthetic reasons and were able to do so.

He took out the carpeting and installed the tile. He told me where I could find the cheapest ceramic tile. He suggested how I could have the tile installed and it looks good. He had to go around a drain in the floor, the furnace, and underneath the water heater. It looks great.

This winter our gutters were frozen. We called because it was leaking inside. He came immediately. He knew what the problem was. He put in a heater in the gutter. He hooked it up, so the ice dam would thaw. This was an emergency. He came out with the equipment necessary. He hooked it up and was able to take care of everything. He explained that it was an unusual winter and explained how we could prevent it in the future and was very professional.

Overall it went well. These types of projects have their challenges. They did a good job and were able to multi task and pitch hit where necessary.
