EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations. Folks, bear in mind that this a top-notch professional and he is usually booked 2 weeks out, so plan for this--if you are really good, you will be busy. I called him and it just so happened that he was in my area doing another job, so came over, got in and out in about 15 minutes. No fooling around, just did his job perfectly and left. My sister has used him many times and she's the pickiest person on earth. For her, everything must be perfect. That is a great testimonial in and of itself. I am a property manager and henceforth, Mr. Cook will be my go-to person when I need to have anything done. Thank you, Mr. Cook, for fitting me in and a job extremely well done!
