They were so accommodating and polite for this worried mom! They had a rollback truck which we needed and just happened to have a truck going to the city where the car was located! The driver let me know when the car was delivered to the repair shop. Paying was a snap and even texted me a copy of the invoice so I could send it in to AAA! They were really dependable, reliable and easy to work with!

Steve -- aka Little Steve -- towed my Mustang after my clutch stopped working on my morning commute to work. I was stuck at a busy intersection and he came right away and took my car to the shop. I had the company number in my phone contacts list from a prior great experience. While I hope to never call again in these circumstances, they're who I will call when I need a rescue. Love them!

Contacted Steve early on Monday morning. As I expected they were busy, however Steve said they would be there in about an hour and a half. John was prompt and careful in loading. The vehicle was totally immobilized but John had a "trick" up his sleeve to get the vehicle out of park. Delivered to the service department as promised. Thanks for the great service!!

Steve was very responsive to towing request and timing of pickup. He was very careful when loading vehicle to avoid any damage to underneath side of car. I was impressed with how clean and organized his wrecker and equipment were, to some this may seem trivial but you could tell he took care of his equipment and he did the same for his customers. I would definitely use this company in the future.

John came out and was extremely careful with my "baby". I just bought the car so I was a little nervous about having anyone touch it, but I felt like these guys really know what they are doing. If you are ever thinking of calling anyone I highly recommend having someone who knows a lot about different cars. I had them tow my BMW 330xi which is an all-wheel drive car and sits really low to the ground but they pulled off my tow without a single scratch! Well done you guys!

The driver arrived within 15 minutes after I called for the tow.This was not an easy tow. My trailer had a broken spring so it was hard to roll. The trailer took up most of the flat bed space. The driver stopped many times because my trailer kept sliding to one side. He stopped and had to constantly recenter the trailer. It was not easy to unload the trailer either. Again he slowly unloaded the trailer. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend them for towing especially if you have trailer that needs towed.

Steve was prompt in answering the phone, told me exactly what he would pay for my junk car and drove to Franklin to pick it up at a time convenient for me. It ended up I couldn't be there and he dealt with my wife very courteously, professionally, and was able to get the car the same day I called him.
I was very happy to deal with him and would recommend him for towing work and buying and taking away junk cars.
I appreciate businesses who treat the customer like Steve does. Thanks!

I was impressed that Steve called the day before to confirm. The day we did it the driver showed up early. Moving the cars was difficult because they did not run, but he made it look really easy. The move was really fast and the price was extremely reasonable. I will use them again when I have the need. Thank you, Steve!
