I have used Steve for all plumbing needs for a number of years.  He answers his own phone, gets back to you promptly, and works you into his schedule as quickly as he can.  He is very fast moving, efficient, and down to business.  I know i can trust him to do what needs to be done and nothing that does not need to be done.  I have even called him when I was out of town and a neighbor alerted me to an issue with our sprinklers.  Steve came to the house and shut off the water until we could get back (several weeks later) and sort out the problem.  As long as he is in business, he is the plumber I will call.

Excellent service and quick service, too. I highly recommend Steve and we plan to use him in the future as well.

We had a leaking toilet.  Steve was there the day we called to diagnose and fix the problem.  We decided we wanted to replace the toilet.  He procured the one we needed and was back in two days to install it.  We called the next day with a small issue and he was there within hours to make the small adjustment needed.  I wish EVERY service provider was as responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant as Steve Cremeans.

He didn’t have the right parts, so he had to come back two days. He was having problems with the bathtub. He was very nice and worked diligently until he got it fixed. I don't remember his price being outrageous. I would hire him again.

HE RIPPED OUT THE PLUMBING I HAD WHICH WAS NOT NECESSARY. HE TALKED ME INTO THINGS I DID NOT NEED. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT CHARGE FOR LABOR BECAUSE WE WERE FRIENDS BUT ENDED UP CHARGING ME $75 AN HOUR.
