This company does the worst quality of work. Started job 03/22 today's date is 06/17/22 work still isn't finished. They don't call back. They lie. The work is sub standard. Unfinished. They didn't clean up work site,broke many things,and didn't finish but insurance paid them in full. Most un professional company I have ever delt with. Beware they don't care.

My initial roofing company recommended I file a claim with my insurance company for hail damage. Their report detailed a few dings to eaves and downspouts but no shingle damage. I called Stay Dry Roofing for a second opinion who agreed with the assessment. It's nice to do business with an honest company.

We wanted a metal roof, tan/cream siding and a few other things. Travis dropped the ball on 90% of it. It was installed summer of 2021. It’s now March 2022 and we had to have them come out and finish the job. They did not install snow bars we were charged for. We have never had a metal roof and did not realize they weren’t installed as we weren’t the professionals. We noticed after we were reviewing our contract. We paid for cream/tan siding and got YELLOW. We confronted Travis who said that’s all they had and we got that or nothing. He also said it was not yellow. Our painters took a piece to sherwin Williams-the paint the color is YELLOW. Do not trust or believe anything they say. If you don’t check 100% of the contract-they’ll take you badly. I’m still waiting for responses to things they’ve done. To be locally owned, one would expect better. Learned my expensive not worth it lesson.

Very bad work , unprofessional and very bad quality I paid over $20.000 in Carmel Indiana and didn’t get what promised Be careful they delete any comments that mention how their work is Never recommend this company and will dispute all their work and share it

Excellent service. I have used Stay Dry Roofing twice for repairs need to my roof after tree limbs have hit my roof and caused damage. One did turn into a leak and the other would of caused a leak if not repaired. Kevin Dotson came each time and gave me an honest and fair estimate. The work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company

I worked with Kevin Dotson with Stay Dry Roofing. He explained everything to me that needed to done. He was very forthcoming about the repairs that needed to be done and the expense involved, The work crew arrived the following Monday. They worked non-stop and were very professional and thorough in their approach, Kevin checked on them throughout the day. They compl;eted the job in one day, even working a bit into the dark! .They did an excellent clean up as well. I totally recommend Stay Dry Roofing for any and all of your roof and gutter repairs or repl;acemens. They are the best!

I worked with Kevin Dotson from Stay Dry Roofing. He knew exactly what was needed for my repair. We have had this issue for a long time. Kevin ordered all the parts, stayed in contact with me and fixed the broken siding as soon as the weather permitted. This has been a ongoing issue for us. It's relief to finally have it repaired correctly. At the end of it all he followed up with me to make sure all is well. Thanks Kevin.

No good. It leaked after took them two months to get back out there fix the problem. Between this my first to reps were fired could not get in contact with no one . Finally one day a couple guys show up get on the roof do not even knock on the door to tell me who they were left nails all over got one in my foot and In my car tire. Left broken shingles all over the place very unprofessional. Still leaks but no one to answer my call now they want paid. Would not recommend this outfit to anybody they outsource there work to anybody u don't know who they may send out to your house when they will show up not happy with this company .

Josh and his crew were excellent, personable, and on the ball. In fact, he showed up earlier than expected because some time opened up - and we were grateful for that as rain was expected and we needed that leak fixed! We had him re-patch an area that previous roofers hadn't bothered to even closely match shingles and Josh found a much better match. Would definitely use again!

Initially, Stay Dry Roofing was ok to work with... although a little disorganized. We had damage to our property and requested Stay Dry Roofing to take a look at our roof to see what needed to be repaired. Two sales representatives showed up, each not knowing of the other. Stay Dry Roofing initially refused to give an estimate and instead suggested they meet with our insurance adjuster... no problem. Stay Dry Roofing did show up to the meeting with the insurance adjuster but it was determine that there was negligible damage to the roof from this storm. Nonetheless, we were still very interested in a full tear off of our roof and replace. Stay Dry immediately provided a general quote so still all good. We have a multi-level home with two layers of shingles and the roof was 20+ years old. Stay Dry's quote was slightly higher than other quotes but since they initially were helpful, I wanted to use them. I organized a hope equity loan to help pay for this project so I was ready to pull the trigger. I asked Stay Dry to come to my home to explain their quote (interested in what type of shingles, colors, material of gutters, type of gutter guard, etc.). We scheduled an appointment but the salesman canceled at the last minute stating that there was a higher priority project meeting with another client's insurance adjuster. We rescheduled for later in the week. This time the salesman didn't bother showing up, calling, emailing, or texting. I called his office the next day to make sure he wasn't in an accident and to give him a chance to explain. I received a call late in the day that he got busy again with other clients. Sadly, I don't give three strikes... two was enough for me. Literally with a +$20k check in my hand wanting to give it to Stay Dry, I decided to pursue other alternatives. I am now scheduled to have my roof replaced with another contractor.

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! If they’re doing insurance work for you, I would strongly advise that you demand a written estimate before they begin the job. I was very clear with Curt Darabcsek that I had quotes from two other roofing companies that were close in price (1) for $ 5,200 and a 2nd for $5,300. I asked several times for an estimate of what they would be charging, the only response he ever offered was, “you’ll never pay more than your deductible”. After the job was completed, with a delay of over 1 month. I received an invoice for $6,700.00, essentially bilking my insurance company for the job and seeking my $1,000 deductible on top. Then to add insult to injury, my insurance company sent me a notice that my roof coverage for my primary residence had been reduced to only 40% of the replacement cost! The roof they are referring to is only 3 years old! They overcharged so much that my Coverage has been impacted on a separate property. After several attempts to work this out with Curt Darabcsek and Karyn Tudor (Accounts Receivable), I have no other recourse than to warn everyone I come across about this company and their unethical behavior. GOOGLE: MISSISSIPPI VALLEY EXTERIORS (their other company) and see how many other people they have RIPPED OFF!

Most insurance claims are underpaid, and we ask for a few extra things to be covered that we already do anyway (starter, ice and water shield, hip and ridge cap, etc). We charged you a reasonable rate for your ridge vent upgrade, which you signed a contract for. Separately, it has come to our attention that you had a separate personal grievance with our sales rep, who was affiliated with this other company that you mention. Stay Dry Roofing is in no way affiliated with this company, and we have never had any business with them. All this being said, it sounds like we could have mitigated this situation by communicating better with you. We wish you luck in the future."
