It was ordered and was delivered the next day. I was called to let me know my computer had arrived and was ready for pickup. Upon arrival at store I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee. He immediately retrieved my product. We checked it and my id was verified. I was out the door with my new computer in less than 10 minutes.

Mark, the service person, stated that they couldn't fix my computer because the motherboard was bad. In order to fix it they would have to send it out and it would cost about $200.00 on top of the $69.00 I had already paid. As it turns out, they couldn't fix it at all because the motherboard had been discontinued because of the problems they had with it.

This was my third attempt to get a computer repaired by Staples and they haven't been able to repair any of them. This particular time, though, it was a problem with HP, not Staples. In fact, they refunded the $69.00 deposit I paid for them to examine the computer. The true integrity of a company is how they respond to an issue when it does occur.  I'm still not happy that the computer can't be fixed, but I can't blame Staples for that.
