The experience was very good. He was on time and he was friendly. He did a thorough job. He didn't charge me extra when I asked him to do an area rug. He did a lot of extra. I had a dog that was sick before she died and he did a lot to get all the stains out from her vomiting. He used good products. It is a good value for the quality of service that I got.
