SS Enterprise

We hired this company and paid in the fall 239.00 dollars for two backflow testings, a startup and shutdown of our irrigation system.  They came out in the fall and blew out the system and said they did the backflow test. They came out this spring and turned on the irrigation and said they did the backflow testing for 2015. They have not reported any results to the Archonsafe water testing company for citizens energy. After numerous tests and calls, all of which they claim they will fix the problem, I now hired a new person to do the testing. I have called and texted Debbie the fax number to fax the backflow results to and have never received a report.  I have asked for copies of the work done to be faxed and nothing has happened. I called to ask when they were going to enter the results, since its been two months, and I got screamed at and called a bully, a very mean America and other unprofessional names. This is the most unprofessional/untrustworthy company I have ever used for anything. I got screamed by a family member who answered the business phone that "I wasn't ever gonna get any money back" that "your stuff will get done in time"  its been two months. It was suppose to be done by May 15th to avoid interruption of our water service. Its July 6th!

After initially putting in a sprinkler system for us several years ago, which they actually did fairly well, we hired them again in 2013 to fix a drainage problem. We paid them $1200 (50%). By our request, we then delayed the project until February of 2014. When we called, they answered the phone and said they'd get back to us in several days. Now, they won't return any calls in over 4 weeks. No answer to emails. They've just disappeared, along with our $1200. We've engaged another company to fix the mess, but SS Enterprise's non-response has likely caused us to lose a sale on our home. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems like they've stolen our money and ran.
