We at Squeaky Green did not have you on our schedule for July 1st of this year and looking through our database, I have no contact information on you at all. Furthermore, we do not service the Danville area unfortunately. Please help me to understand this miscommunication. "I sincerely apologize for the lack of service that you received with our company. We were under unusual circumstances that morning with a lack of help and training a new hire and unfortunately our services were not what they usually are. I do however dispute a few of these claims, as I know for certain that walls did get cleaned and air vents were vacuumed with extensions to the best of our ability. We do not provide full duct cleaning and I did not intend to give you the impression that we do. Also, your showers were fully scrubbed and soap scum, mold and mildew were removed from your tiles and grout. You mentioned hair left on your wall, and I can only assume this was left over from our micro fiber cloths when "polishing" your tile. I apologize for this inconvenience.
