Horrible company don't hire them. They promise you everything and don't deliver. They are not professional and speak to you like they are thugs. Do your research and go with a different company . They want that quick money from you.

After a year of stalling for a positive answer we finally had to settle for the meager offer from our insurance company with no help from Spartan. Would NOT recommend.

When State Farm denied my roof’s storm damage claim, my roofer put me in touch with Spartan. Introduced to me by a contractor - who indeed benefited by the collaboration - my public adjuster was able to turn my insurance claim from an $11,500 claim to a $28,000 claim reimbursed by my insurance company. That is certainly a good outcome. John was a very thorough and courteous public adjuster, who always answered my questions with patience and a deep knowledge of State code (related to roofing, gutters, etc). I highly recommend that homeowners contact a public adjuster whether before or after you submit a claim to your insurance company, but prior to bidding out the work to the usual minimum of three contractors. Your public adjuster should be able to keep the claim dollars confidential, while providing you with an itemize list of materials and tasks that need to be completed to comply with the expectations of the insurance company and your public adjuster. The public adjuster is remunerated by receiving 12.5% of the total claim, which should ordinarily leave more than enough to cover the cost of a quality contractor, and then some. I suppose that one should also keep in mind that there is no such thing as a free lunch, so if you are able to extract a large claim from your insurance company, most likely they will look to raise your premium in the next renewal (or choose not to renew your coverage at all). Of course, I could be wrong.

It went great. Spartan helped us get the full value of our claim. As a result, we received a better quality roof than we had before the claim! Spartan did all of the hard work in dealing with the insurance company and made sure that we didn't get ripped off. Our insurance company jacked us around and did not take local building codes into account which increased the cost to repair our roof. Spartan helped protect our rights. They even helped us coordinate with our contractor so all payments and expectations went smoothly.

Spartan did what they where hired to do. There name will go in my file for future insurance problems.

I originally dealt with Carrsun Roofing. They filed a claim with State Farm for me.   State Farm sent a adjuster out to my house and he only wanted to replace 7 shingles and that was it.  That was not acceptable to Carrsun or to me the homeowner so a Mediator was called in.   They went to work with State Farm and another adjuster was sent out.  Spartan pointed out all the damage and from there they went head to head with State Farm until State Farm realized I was not being treated properly and finally after months of dickering that they should finally approve a new roof.

Spartan Claims, specifically Ryan Ross, is an amazing company. The contractor I was working with, referred me to Spartan in an attempt get the insurance company to agree to pay. The contractor had originally gotten the insurance company to agree to about $600 worth of hail damage to our roof. Ryan went to work and I ended up with 3/4 of the roof covered and brand new siding (about $20,000 in value-about $1300 out of pocket cost). Ryan took over my account, coordinated to meet together with insurance claims adjusters to document the damage on the house and then amazingly got them to shell out thousands of extra dollars. Spartan specializes in understanding the insurance game and how the wording and photographing the damaging can benefit the homeowner. Ryan was realistic with expectations and an excellent communicator. He answered my phone calls and text immediately. I trusted Ryan with the insurance checks I was receiving. The best part is that Spartan doesn't pay the contractor until the homeowner is satisfied. There were many times during the work, where I was dissatisfied with the contractor, but never with Spartan. I give 100% credit to Spartan for making this job even happen.

Ryan spent a lot of time coordinating Inspections by my Insurance Company to get my roof replaced. My insurance company did not want to replace my roof until Ryan proved to them that it needed replacement.

It was not until Ryan stepped in that the insurance company started to listen to my problem.
