+ 1 moreLike most major construction, renovation jobs, it did take longer, but not by much. They were on the job when expected. They both are fire fighters, so , of course, schedules had to be adjusted. Kept a clean work site, extremely professional
Description of Work: The Spark's construction team, primarily Andy and Tim, oversaw a major renovation of our condo. This included a major rearragement of the master bath, construction of a porch, removing walls, etc., etc. They were very flexible on tasks requested and remain sensitive to costs of the project.

+ 0 moreI was referred to Bob Sparks by a friend. Overall I felt that they were very responsive to my needs. They apparently didn't have any other jobs scheduled at the time as they jumped right on it with a crew of 3 & finished the job in 2-1/2 days. I felt the workmanship was very good & the fee fair.
Description of Work: General carpentry, repairing & replacing trim & fascia boards around building, & installing 14 soffit vents. Bob said his Dad is listed in Angie's List under Spark's Masonry & one of his co-workers (named Larry) said that he also had a separate business that was listed in Angie's. They both live somewhere up on 71st Street, not far from Broad Ripple.
