We love Lee Tackett and Sonshine Painting!  This is a long-overdue review, as we've been using Lee for 3 years now on our primary home and rental property.  Lee is the perfect combination of quality and value.  To top that, he's wonderful to work with, too.  We are so appreciative to have Lee's help!

They scraped and picked up a lot of paint scraps they gave it a prime coat and a regualar coat of paint plus more than one where neeed.  I wanted to replace the gutters so they took them down for $50 and painted behind them.

They were awesome. He is very customer service oriented. He wanted make sure I was happy with each phase of the project. The quality for the price was exceptional. He is reliable and trustworthy.

Lee did a fantastic job on our aluminum-sided house and vinyl-sided garage and wooden windows. We picked out the Sherwin-Williams colors and he took care of the rest. Paint was included in the total cost. The new paint makes our 30+ year old siding look awesome, as you can see from the before and after pics below. Our family and neighbors have also told us our house looks great. We will definitely hire Lee again to paint our stairwell and hallway later this year.

They are super trustworthy. They always do what they say and do a great job. They stand by the quality of their work. If you notice a problem over time they will still come back and fix it.

I have known Leon for years. He is an expert with over 20 years of experience. They came to my house on short notice and walked over the property. Their experience and professionalism showed as they pointed out issues and gave us great pointers on what to expect and things we may want to consider (while always keeping our budget in mind). They pointed out my chimney needed to be painted (I always knew it did, but forgot to mention it when I was getting a quote) and threw it in for free. They sent over three proposals and we agreed to have all the work completed by Sonshine. My wife was home with a newborn, so it was nice that they did the work themselves. After their walk through, we knew exactly what to expect. They came out a day later and power-washed the areas before painting the next day. The work was done quickly and they were careful not to trample the flowers. The color matched perfectly, the work was excellent, and our old house doesn't look so old anymore! Our experience with Sonshine was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price.
