Site Line Design did a wonderful job of designing our pergola. The design documents covered every minor detail, including the quality of the wood; attention to detail was very impressive.

The first step was an on-site consultation with Stefan Luebke of Site Line Design.  He photographed the existing landscape (or lack of it), took measurements, etc.  He directed us to hire a land surveyor to ensure that property lines were identified and maintained.  Once the survey report was secured, it was forwarded to Site Line to be incorporated into the master plan.  Site Line provided a detailed bound proposal that included photos and descriptions of each plant, shrub, flower and ornamental grass that would be used.  There was even an effort to recycle some of the plant materials that we had (cone flowers, hostas, peony, etc.).
The second phase of the design process included the design of a new back patio and stairs.  We had an existing patio but it had been in use for about 12 years.  Site Line showed us how to maximize our outdoor living space and make it more functional.  Since we like to entertain guests, the suggestion was appealing and made sense.
Site Line introduced us to Lemcke Landscape who executed the deconstruction of the existing landscape and hardscape; created new trenched bedding; removed plants and materials to be re-used in the new design; installed all the plantings; and eventually installed the new pavers, etc. for the back patio.  They also added pvc extensions to our down-spouts to help improve directing water away from the house (preserving the foundation) and into the new flower beds.  The entire process too less than two weeks to complete.
We are very happy with the experience and would recommend Site Line to anyone looking to have landscaping work done.  It is certain to provide a positive return on the investment.

Stefan Luebke was a delight to work with and a true professional. Stefan's designs were impeccable, well done and in a timely fashion. Stefan was in constant communication on his progress, and kept us up to date on his design plans, responding to emails and phone calls within 24-hours. When first presenting his plan, the layout and presentation were fantastic. Stefan included photos of plants/trees, photo's of sample tile/veneer, etc.

Stefan is the consummate professional.  I don't believe we've ever had such a great experience with any service provider we've ever had. He was on time, amazingly detailed, professional, respectful, and beyond knowledgeable.  He also has great references.  He is clearly passionate about what he does and that comes through in his work. We do not typically take time to write reviews from service providers we've used.  Our experience was so good we didn't feel right NOT writing a review.

Stefan was right on time. He was professional throughout and extremely knowledgeable. I felt no pressure just good sold advice. I will likely be calling back in the next 6-12 month to have him design a plan to re-arrange our landscaping. I discovered a lot of things that were in places they shouldnt be and he gave me a lot of good tips on the proper plants, grass and rocks that should be used. Very worthwhile.
