Dirk was the expert we needed to mount a tv and sound bar on our brick fireplace. He knew just what to do, and made recommendations to make sure we would be happy with the finished product. We had ordered the sound bar mount on our own and it wasn't the right look for us, so Dirk brought in a better mount and installed it on a follow-up trip. He was very responsive and helpful.

ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dirk had the knowledge, skill, patience and experience necessary to get our new TV and older whole house music system working properly. In short, he went above and beyond what others had tried but never managed to accomplish. He spent one entire day trouble shooting the basement theater and upstairs music system. He then reworked and programed the entire system, replacing speakers, receivers, amps, cables etc. in order to update our once frustrating and troublesome 19 yr. old basement theater and whole house music system. In addition, he patiently taught two people in their mid 70's how to use the system correctly. Dirk didn't leave us until the job was well and truly complete and we were entirely comfortable with the technology. THREE CHEERS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! A+++

Dirk was outstanding. He came to replace a projector bulb for me and also reset up my projector better than it was before. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to making sure everything was set up great and to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond. Dirk did an excellent job. My system was installed several years ago and was overly complicated in how it was setup to operate. Dirk simplified the setup, reprogrammed the Universal controller and updated the Receiver by enabling its WIFI capability which something the previous installer didn't even tell us about. He also enabled my IPhone to control my receiver and house sound system for a variety of music stations like Pandora. All this was only possible when Dirk determined our WIFI Comcast system was not setup for high speed access throughout the house. He installed a new Wifi network, updated the Comcast modem and resolved problems Comcast couldn't or wouldn't do. Dirk is knowledgeable , easy to work with and continues to work until the problems are resolved. Don't trust anyone else, call Dirk for you home Stereo and WIFI network issues.

We started out asking Dirk to install our new TV projector. We ended up also replacing our old TV screen, speakers and master unit. Works great! He did an excellent job.

Dirk gave us a great product at a great price. He worked a Friday evening and all day Saturday to finish the installation so we could enjoy our TV and sound system the weekend we moved. We weren't crazy about the first set of ceiling speakers he installed, so he looked for a better option for us, took out the first ones and installed the ones we preferred with no complaints or up charge. He spent a lot of time with us determining our needs and making sure we got exactly what we want. Would hire again.

He called and came out the same day we called, and spent a lot of time with us. His follow up is great. He did a fantastically great job, and went way beyond our expectations, so we gave him an extra tip because we were so impressed. Plus, he's continuing to do follow up with us as we need it.

I couldn't be happier with the wok Dirk provided. Our builder for our new home recommended him during our prewiring stage of the build. Dirk met us at the new home and we walked through exactly what we wanted in each room. He had great ideas and was able to put together a plan. He prewired the home quickly and efficiently. After our home was complete, he put together several quotes for equipment for 2 home theater systems (living room and basement) and speakers through the house. He was very conscious of our budget and gave multiple options at different price ranges. The work was completed on time and quickly. He left the work areas clean after working. The equipment used is high quality and our picture and sounds is light years ahead of my old home theater in a box type system. I really had no idea what I was missing out. HIs choice in new television for the basement was spot on and the picture quality exceeds my expectations. He was always friendly, professional and quick to respond. We are incredibly happy with our finished product and friends and family who visit all comment on how amazing our home theater experience is. Thanks Dirk!!

After another well known company cancelled one appointment and then didn't show up or call for the new one they made, I found Signature Works . Dirk was able to come the same day, on time and do the work.

I was in the process of having my basement finished. Dirk provided me with several options for setup including televisions, speakers and location of these items. He discussed this with me completely and provided me with accurate estimates. When the day arrived for completion of the theater he arrived as expected and consistently worked on the project until it was completed which required several days. He has been willing to help with any questions or problems that have occurred since the theater was completed.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Dive was very knowledgeable and efficient. We always had good communication.

I wanted the television installed and operational before the Olympics. I moved into a newly constructed and the household goods were late arriving so there was not much time. Dirk contacted me on Sunday and came that same day to look at the job and give an estimate. He returned the next day and completed the task that same day.

Everything was done to our satisfaction. They also tied everything into our Wi-Fi connection. It is an all multi-functional system. My son also later used their services for the same reason.

It went really well. Dirk often comes the same day you request the work, as he just likes to "get things done" as he says. He is very knowledgeable and came back a couple times to explain to us how to use equipment we thought we understood but later didn't. He was very patient and helpful with our lack of knowledge. He helped us get the best price on several items and just had a great, get it done today attitude.
