She invited a family member into my home I had specifically and pointed asked her NOT to have in my home while I was gone. Between that and not being able to get my key/garage door opener back I'm really disappointed.
Description of Work: I've been trying to get my house key back (not copy-able so I need my original) as well as my garage door opener. I've made half-dozen requests by phone and by email. She either ignores my request or says she'll bring it by or mail it and here it is 1 1/2 YEARS later and she still won't return them.

The information this client has intered here to slander me is all lies..I did return her stuff to her I even sent her a message and told her the day that I was there that I had left the pkg for her..I have cleaned for her for many years and took care of her pets along with doing other things for her that was outside the scope of my duties including forcing me to lie for her to her husband. In Oct 08 I was told I had breast cancer and was going to be off work for sometime she was mad about this..She has put this nasty report in here about me just for vindictivness and total meaness.I am not the type of person to say things about other people but this client does have some mental issues that were hard to deal with but I did my job and I did a very good job for her. She has not complained about my work here only saying that I did not return her stuff which I did return it and I told her that I would not be back to work for her..It is all lies that she has reported here done for total mean actions on her part...If you read another report that she wrote you wil see that she highly praised me and my work, she was not mad at me then..So please disregard her remarks I assure you I am I did return her key and remote..

The pets wanted to leave with Ms. Hill once we got home! They adored her. We have an extensive, valuable collection in our home and we felt we couldn't have hired a more qualified, all in one person to watch our home and animals with the utmost care.
Description of Work: Ms. Hill sat for our 2 dogs and 2 cats at our home for 10 days while we were out of the country. Our pets adore her. Her prices ($35/day) are the best around. As a former Town Marshall, I felt our home, possessions and animals were in the best care possible. Mrs. A, Carmel, IN

MEMBERS.. PLEASE READ THIS RESPONSE!! I no longer work for this member due to myself being diagnosed with cancer. This member just recently wrote a very hateful report about me on my housecleaning ad. She told very mean and damaging lies about me in her report. Since I could no longer clean for her due to my cancer she asked to have her key and some items she had given me returned to her which I did just as soon as I was physically able to get to her. I have cleaned and taken care of her house and pets for several years, even took care of 2 children that she had adopted until she got rid of the kids. I do not know why she chose to write such lies and hateful comments about me, I did return her items to her several weeks ago when she asked for them. I believed that this member and I had a friendship between us I always went above and beyond anything she asked me to do. I did several other jobs for her besides cleaning and pet sitting..I want all of you members that read this to know that what she has said about me in the previous report is WRONG!!! Very wrong and hateful. I do not know why she would do something so damaging to me after all the years I have been with her. Any one that reads that report please believe me that it is wrong and lies I have other clients I can give you for references that will tell you I am nothing like what she has said..Actually read what she said in the report above how great she says I am with her pets and then I cant clean for her anymore and I returned her stuff like she asked then she turns around and writes lies and damaging stuff about me. Please take this all into consideration when you are reviewing me for possibly taking care of your pets. I am honest and sincere and would never do you or anyone wrong..Thank you Shirley Hill

I LOVE THE WORK SHIRLEY DOES FOR ME. SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT HER JOB. EVERYTHING SHE DOES IS PERFECT, GREAT PERSONALITY, AND A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN MY HOME. SHE HAS CLEANED FOR A YEAR NOW, AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB.

I EXPLAINED TO SHIRLEY,WHOM I WANTED, WHAT WAS TO BE DONE. SHE EXPLAINED SHE COULDN'T TAKE ON MORE AT THIS TIME, MAYBE LATER. SHE WANTED US TO TRY LISA TO WHICH WE AGREED. LONG STORY SHORT, I NEVER KNEW WHAT WAS GOING TO BE CLEANED, EVEN AFTER REPEATEDLY, IN WRITING TELLING HER WHAT SHE MISSED THE TIME BEFORE. I REFUSE TO WASTE MY TIME AND FIRED HER!

I DID RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS MEMBER AND TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT HAVE ANY AVAILABILITY FOR HIM. HE ASKED ME IF I KNEW ANYONE THAT CLEANED, AND I GAVE HIM THE NAME OF SOMEONE THAT I KNEW CLEANED. I DID NOT IN ANY WAY GIVE REFERENCE TO HER JOB PERFORMANCE OR HOW WELL SHE WOULD BE. I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS MEMBER, AND HE STATED THAT HE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HER WORK AND I TOLD HIM THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THAT UP WITH HER. SHE DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. I DO NOT APPRECIATE HIM MAKING THE STATEMENTS THAT HE DID, MAKING ME LOOK BAD WHEN I MYSELF DID NOT DO THE WORK FOR HIM. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEANING OF THE PERSON. I GAVE HIM THE NUMBER TO CALL. HE SAID THAT THAT WAS FINE. HE JUST NEEDED SOMEONE REALLY BAD TO CLEAN HIS HOUSE. I BELIEVE THAT THE RATING I HAVE BEEN GIVEN DUE TO THIS PERSON IS REALLY WRONG, especially since I did not do the cleaning myself!.. ANY I ASK HER TO CLEAN SHE HAS. DOES PROVIDE OWN SUPPLIES EXCEPT A VACUUM CLEANER. ALWAYS CALLS IF SHE IS NOT GOING TO BE ON TIME. COST IS PER HOUR. SHE IS A FORMER POLICE OFFICER AND I TRUST HER COMPLETLY AND AM OFTEN NOT HOME WHEN SHE IS PRESENT.
