They are absolutely wonderful.

I am not sure if the issues is that my roof is still covered under warranty and this company did not want to replace the roof under warranty. I suspect this may be the reason. I also was disappointed when I asked to speak to a manager that instead of getting someone over the individual I was dealing with I got a call from the man again. I do have to say that I feel the roof that is being replaced on my home was a good roof, I just feel that in this instance they provided poor service.

Bill was great to work with in answering questions and coming out to make sure we were alright with everything. They were here during the growing season and when they left our yard was clean and our flower beds unscathed.

It's a roof. We dreaded the idea of starting the process but it had to be done. They accepted payment when the job was finished and we were happy and it looks great. I believe that their warranty is the best warranty period. We felt after talking with about 4 other roofers that these guys were our only option. They were the only ones that showed up looking decent and listened to our concerns. I had this job done several months ago and the roof has had no problems.

This is our second experience with Sherriff-Goslin (the first was over 20 years ago) and we cannot praise this company and manager Bill Fleak enough. The work was done in a timely manner, the crew cleaned up neatly each day, and best of all, they did a very professional job on the roof installation. The art-loc shingles which this company installs are excellent quality and look great. We would never even consider having anyone else install a roof for us.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. THE MEN CLEANED UP THE MESS VERY WELL EACH DAY.

They never call back or return messages. Finally they called and left a message which I couldn't understand. I called back to ask. They said they will not tear off the roof or clean anything up. They only fix leaks or partial repairs.

Bill's Fleet always given me good service. They use octangular shaped shingles. He's timely. He comes when he says or he calls. I was pleased with the price. He's there if anything goes wrong.

IN RESEARCHING THE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF OF OUR HOUSE, WE CONTACTED AND GOT ESTIMATES FROM OVER 10 COMPANIES. MANY COMPANIES HAVE THEIR WAY OF DOING A JOB AND DON'T WANT TO HEAR HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE JOB DONE. MANY COMPANIES DIDN'T CALL US BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER. SHERRIFF-GOSLIN WAS ONE OF THE FIRST COMPANIES THAT WE CONTACTED. THEIR SALESMAN, BILL FLEEK, IS ONE OF KIND, A DYING BREED. HE IS HONEST, HARDWORKING, AND NEVER TIRED OF OUR CONSTANT QUESTIONING. SHERRIFF-GOSLIN COMPANY LEAVES THE FIRST 1-2 LAYERS OF SHINGLES ON YOUR HOUSE AND REROOFS OVER THEM WITH THEIR ART-LOCK SHINGLES. WE LOVED THE LOOK OF THE SHINGLES BUT WERE HESITANT NOT TO DO A COMPLETE TEAR OFF. AFTER TRYING TO FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND RECEIVING SLOW OR INDIFFERENT RESPONSES, WE DECIDED TO USE THEM. THEIR WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND MUST BE TREATED WELL BECAUSE THEY WERE SMILING AND SOMETIMES SINGING AS THEY CARRIED OUT THEIR WORK! THE PRICE WAS ABOUT THE AVERAGE FOR ALL THE ESTIMATES.

THE REASON WE ARE NOT USING THEM IS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT THINK WE NEEDED TO REMOVE THE UNDERLYING PART OF THE ROOF UNDER THE SHINGLES AND ANOTHER COMPANY SAID WE WOULD NEED TO.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY WORKED LONG AND HARD EACH DAY THEY CAME. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, VERY WELL. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

WE NOTICED A LEAK ON THE CEILING OF OUR DINING ROOM. UPON INSPECTION IN OUR ATTIC WE DETERMINED WATER WAS COMING IN NEXT TO OUR CHIMNEY. CALLED PHILLIP DALL ON MONDAY MORNING AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. HE AGREED TO COME OUT TO MY HOME AT 4:00 PM THAT DAY. UPON ARRIVAL HE CHECKED IN THE ATTIC AND WENT ON THE ROOF. HE DID A TEMPORARY FIX AROUND THE FLASHING OF THE CHIMNEY. HE TOLD MY FATHER-IN-LAW THAT WHOEVER INSTALLED OUR NEW ROOF (IN 2000 AND IT WAS NOT SHERRIFF-GOSLIN) HAD NOT DONE THE FLASHING AROUND THE CHIMNEY CORRECTLY. HE SAID HE COULD NOT REPAIR IT AS HIS COMPANY ONLY DID COMPLETE ROOFING JOBS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A WARRANTY. HE SUGGESTED CONTACTING THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER, OR A COMPANY THAT DID ROOFING REPAIR. MR. DALL DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR THE SERVICE CALL OR HIS LABOR. WHILE I WISH HE WOULD HAVE DONE A PERMANENT REPAIR TO THE FLASHING I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE OF HIS QUICK RESPONSE, THE TEMPORARY FIX, AND THAT HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR THE SERVICE.

PROFESSIONAL SALES CALL. LISTENED TO MY NEEDS. CLEANED AFTER THEMSELVES.

REP. TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE WASTING MY MONEY FOR HIM TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE SUGGESTED THAT I BUY A HEAT COIL AT THE HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE TO KEEP THE ICE FROM BUILDING UP ON THE PROBLEM AREA OF THE ROOF. I THINK THIS WILL ALSO WORK. HE TOLD ME I COULD CALL HIM IF I NEEDED SOMEONE TO INSTALL IT FOR ME. HE DID SAY THERE WERE A FEW THINGS HE COULD TRY, BUT THAT THE HEAT COIL WOULD PROBABLY FIX MY PROBLEM. GLAD TO SAVE THE MONEY AND TRY THIS FIRST.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, CLEANED UP VERY WELL, VERY HAPPY!

EXCELLENT! THE ROOF WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED IN APPEARANCE. THE ROOFERS WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY EVEN CAME ON A SATURDAY TO FINISH THE JOB INSTEAD OF WAITING TILL THE NEXT WEEK!
