Sheen’s House Cleaning

Description of Work: First date was scheduled for the 19th (Martin Luther King Day). I waited for over ½ hour, when there was no-show & no call, I called the office & was told they do not work on this holiday so the date was never actually scheduled. I had re-arranged a lot of my work meetings for this & was very annoyed that they didn't bother to call & tell me they'd need to reschedule. I was then scheduled for the following Monday (01/26) for 10am. 10:30 came & went, no show, no call again. When I called this time, was told she was on her way but would be another ½ hour before she arrived. Finally arrived close to 11:30 (making her over an 90 min. late). | |Overall cleaning was NOT completed & what was done was very half-way. NOTHING was done was described. | |VERY disappointed with this service!

Description of Work: U can't make a silk purse from a sows ear or however it goes. Staff worked hard but I guess there was too much to do in the three hours they were here. I had a second visit which I thought would again be two people but none the less hard working individuals. Housecleaning is a never ending job!

Description of Work: I checked this site (even paid to be a member) prior to purchasing a groupon to have services performed by Sheen's Cleaning. i feel I must leave an honest review to ensure no one else has this happen to them. I had an appt. with them to clean my house prior to a large party we were having the next day. There are two owners as I understand it and one of them was to be at my house at 4:30 pm. When 5:00 pm rolled around I contacted the number on the groupon. The woman informed me she was the owener and she would find out where the co-owner was and call me back in 10 min. Three un-answered phone calls and four days later I have come to realization all I am going to receive is bad service!

Description of Work: There was one person who came. She was delightful and treated my 88 year old mother very well. |She cleaned the entire house including the refrigerator and oven. |I think she used hypoallergenic products because we couldn't smell the cleaning products in the house. I didn't think to ask about the products until she was gone. We were pleased with the service.

Description of Work: The work that was done was done very well. The provider was professional and hardworking. However, I did not feel that the amount of work justified the cost of the service. For that reason wouold probably not use again.

Description of Work: Rasheen is so awesome. I have an investment property at 40th and Central and we had her do a final cleaning to all of our walls, hardwood floors, tile, blinds, and staging furniture (sofa and chairs). In and out in 6 hours with perfection. Will gladly have her do our future properties and personal homes when needed.
