 + -1 moreMY MAIN CONCERN WITH THE CONSTRUCTION IS THE LEAKY WINDOWS. THEY SLIP UPON CLOSING LEAVING AS MUCH AS A ONE INCH GAP AT THE TOP. THE BUILDING SUPERVISOR CLAIMS THEY ARE INSTALLED PROPERLY AND THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT CAN BE DONE. THERE IS POOR ATTENTION TO FOLLOW UP ON NEEDS OF THE HOMEOWNER.
Description of Work: BUILT TOWNHOME. QUALITY IS VERY POOR. MANY ITEMS FAILED FINAL INSPECTION AND ABOUT 80% OF THOSE ITEMS STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CORRECTED.
