SHEEHAN USED TERRIBLE SUBCONTRACTORS. CORRECTION OF SUBSEQUENT PROBLEMS WAS SPOTTY. PHONE CALLS WERE USUALLY NOT RETURNED. LETTERS WERE WRITTEN AND NO RESPONSE CAME.

MY MAIN CONCERN WITH THE CONSTRUCTION IS THE LEAKY WINDOWS. THEY SLIP UPON CLOSING LEAVING AS MUCH AS A ONE INCH GAP AT THE TOP. THE BUILDING SUPERVISOR CLAIMS THEY ARE INSTALLED PROPERLY AND THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT CAN BE DONE. THERE IS POOR ATTENTION TO FOLLOW UP ON NEEDS OF THE HOMEOWNER.
