Fine! They were okay but I did not know anybody else. They did a fine job.

I asked for a kitchen table and two chairs to be refinished the same as the existing color.  The chairs needed some repair from our puppies chewing on them so they replaced some of the spindles.  After a month we picked up the table and chairs and the color was too light with a yellow cast on the surface of the table and it needed more lacquer finish. The chairs needed only minimal touch up.  They agreed to work on it again.  After another month we picked up the table and chairs again and were very disappointed.  The color was so dark with a red cast and the chairs almost looked like they had been painted rather than stained.  We don't want to be without a table and chairs for another month but will not use this company again.  They refinished a rocking chair for us in the past and we couldn't have been happier so we assumed we would get the same satisfaction.  It's a lot of money to not be happy with the finished product.

I took the pieces out and they were in really rough shape.
the china closet had set in the back room of my child hod home for 6 years under a leaky roof.
Because i reside in Florida I need to pick them up in six months and not the three when they would be ready.
We made arrangements and the kept the pieces safe until I returned to Indiana.
They were both restored beautifully and I could not be happier with them.

I called in the morning and Ron Sanders came to our Carmel home in the afternoon. I was pleased and satisfied with the repair work done and would definitetly use this company again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the price.  He was very professional, gave me all my options for his services, and when I selected the one I wanted, he said he was prepared to do it right then and there.  We had an appointment  in about an hour and one half from the time he arrived.  He said he would be finished in time for us to leave and he was.  I would recommend himto anyone and certainly want him to work on some other furniture in the near future.

They did very good job. They were not expensive. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

They were fine. They were on time and did the work as expected. I think that they may be a little high with their prices though.

The repair of the antique furniture was good but the dinning room set did not go so well. When I got it back I put the furniture in its place and I started to notice black blotches where it was exposed to the sun. I called the owner, and it took him a couple of weeks to get back to me. I was told that the shop had spilled some water on the furniture and that that would cause the discoloration. They came and picked up the dinning room set, which I had to argue a little bit so that they would wave the pick up and delivery, and have had it since march and they are still not finished with it.

ALTHOUGH I WAS VERY GLAD TO HAVE MY CHAIR FIXED, I FELT LIKE I WAS A BOTHER FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN. THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY CURT, ALMOST TO THE POINT OF BELITTLING. WHEN I PRESENTED THE CHAIR, IT WAS CLEAR THEY DID NOT WANT TO MESS WITH IT. THIS IS NOT AN OLD OR DELICATE CHAIR, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE APPREHENSION. STILL, I LEFT THE CHAIR AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE IN ABOUT THREE WEEKS. AN ESTIMATED COST WAS ALSO GIVEN, WHICH WAS THE AMOUNT CHARGED UPON PICK-UP. THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT I AM LEERY ABOUT WASTING THEIR TIME BY GIVING SHAMBLES FUTURE BUSINESS.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK.

HE WAS REAL HONEST ABOUT MY STAND. HE SAID IT WOULD COST $200 TO REFINISH, BUT THE PIECE WAS NOT VERY VALUABLE.
