Communicated daily and kept me informed through out the process. All employees were very professional and friendly. They were great to work with during an emergency. Monitored walls and materials daily for mold and moisture.

I found out on a Thursday that company was coming from Nicaragua on Tuesday to spend 10 days with my family. I was so pleased to find that ServiceMaster had a slot open for the next day. And, the added bonus was they were running a special that I took advantage of. The man was on time and he was very courteous and business-like; did not want to stand around and chat. He did a very thorough job and was done in no time.
