SELECTIVE SATELLITE SYSTEMS

I called another satellite company for service, but they no longer did repairs to DirecTV equipment. They referred me to Selective Systems. I called to arrange service and an appointment was scheduled for that same day when another scheduled service call took less time than anticipated. This was late April and we have not lost the signal since.

They were knowledgeable. There was one technician here doing the work and it took about 3 hours to complete. They had a solution since this was a special situation. Other companies said we could not do this type of work.

Fantastic. On time, friendly, professional and the installation was the best I have ever seen. Mr, Schaler even came out to inspect the work and make sure I was happy. They took there time and did it right. I could not have been more pleased. About a month later a DIRECTV tech came out to do a simple upgrade and remarked it was the best home installation he had ever seen.

The estimate was lower than the actual price. They promised the owner would call me and he did not. Any bad weather that we experience, we do not get reception. I had gotten a lot of wrong information from the owner. I have tried to call the owner and he has never called me back. The service end of the company was great but the administrative is bad.

INITIALLY CHRIS SCHALLER WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROMPT IN GETTING THE WORK SCHEDULED AND INITIATED. BUT AFTER MISTAKES WERE MADE IN THE BEGINNING OF THE INSTALLATION AND A 1-VISIT INSTALLATION TURNED INTO A 4-VISIT, I EXPRESSED MY FRUSTRATION IN THE INCONVENIENCE IT WAS CAUSING ME. CHRIS''S RESPONSE WAS VERY NON-PROFESSION: HE MADE A JOKE OF IT. IN THE END THE WORK WAS FINISHED AND FOR THE MOST PART CORRECTLY, BUT IT HAS LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND

DID NOT WANT TO PLACE THE DISH WHERE WE HAD PLANNED, BUT SUGGESTED AN ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE, AND INSTALLED IT TO MY SATISFACTION.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

THEY SOLVED A PROBLEM WEVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH FOR MONTHS. WE HAD JUST ABOUT GIVEN UP ON IT UNTIL THEY FIXED IT! HE KNEW RIGHT WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS.

CLEAN, WELL GROOMED AND DID AND EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT WORK ONCE THEY CAME, BUT WE DID HAVE SOME SCHEDULING PROBLEMS. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT AND THEN CAME LATE FOR A SECOND APPOINTMENT, BUT OTHERWISE THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.
