Free estimates for sewing machine service. All service is completed in store, by factory trained & certified technicians with over 30 years experience. New sewing machine sales. Our staff completes yearly certifications to sell and train on the sewing machines and software that we sell. Owners Lessons included with all machine purchases.

Description of Work: Purchased new sewing machine from them. I wasn't completely happy with that model once I got it home and used it and they allowed me to exchange it for a different one. They are very professional and want you to be happy with your purchase. They have been very receptive to questions I had and even helped me finish a sewing project I was having trouble with.

Description of Work: I took my (25 yr old) sewing machine in for repair (it wouldn't turn on). Jim told me the machine needed a new motor, and while it was expensive, the machine would last a long time. He knew I wanted to buy a new machine, and easily could have sold me one and I wouldn't have questioned it at all. His honesty is refreshing and I trust him implicitly.

Description of Work: My machine is from 1973. Threads were tangling around bobbin and no matter what I did I could not straighten out the problem. They were familiar with my machine and it's workings. They remembered fixing it before (different problem) . They tried winding my thread and reThreading bobbin. All when I was there. It took 5 min. They had diagnosis and I left with a machine that works! They are so fair! I purchased a little rod for a second spool while there ( had been broken since a move, and they unwrapped it and installed that as well. Poof! Fixed. My cost with extra item/part was $3.65.

Description of Work: Serviced a machine that was not operating properly. I took the embroidery machine in, explained what it was doing, the serviceman turned the machine on and observed the problem. He filled out a work order and told me he would call me when it was ready. It was ready within a week.
