THE ESTIMATE TO FIX MY OLD MACHINE WAS $200, AND THE COST OF A NEW MACHINE WAS $600. I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS WORTH IT TO HAVE IT FIXED SO I PURCHASED A NEW ONE. I ENDED UP TAKING MY MACHINE TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET FIXED AND I WAS QUOTED $60 SO I WANTED TO RETURN THE NEWLY PURCHASED MACHINE. SELECT SEWING DOES NOT DO REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL SO I'M STUCK WITH THE UNOPENED MACHINE. I HAVE USED THE COMPANY BEFORE AND WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, BUT I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
