 + -1 moreThere were many ways to pay such as monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. We did not know it would be automatically paid (ACH) on either a credit card or checking account for future payments. We were not told of an option at the time of setup, but later read that for $1 more per payment choice it could be paid by writing a check or using credit card. This is not a big deal but knowing a choice could be made would have been nice at the time. There is a three year contract required so ask about future possibilities in case you move or sell, etc.
Description of Work: Was very helpful on initial contact by phone. Arrived in a timely manner, accompanied by the installer who was very knowledgable as well. Installed all alarm system functions that we wanted and they knew how to lay it out for best use. Everything was tested before they left and we were instructed on how to use it. At this time we have been able to use the system with ease. We have fortunately not needed to test the response time as of yet.
