Description of Work: I was assisted by Carolyn in purchasing an automatic washer. She was very knowledgeable about the appliance. To be honest, I felt that some of her claims may have been overstated. Since I hadn't bought a washer in 16 years, I was pleasantly surprised. This particular washer has a different concept of cleaning. There is no "dasher" and I use less detergent. The clothes come out very clean and dry. Less dryer time. Thanks Carolyn for making a believer out of me. M.S.

+ -1 moreIt went great. They were informative and patient. They even brought fresh basked chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of water. They made sure I understood everything. They were here when they were supposed to be. I wouldn't buy appliances anywhere.

+ -1 moreThe service went well. They had a problem connecting the dryer and said I needed to have an electrician come out to plug in the dryer. I ended up plugging the dryer in myself and it works just fine. The delivery person did a great job and I was pleased with their service. They were very professional and had all the right equipment.
Description of Work: I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator and LG washer and dryer from them. They also delivered and installed the products.
