Now the Sales receipt is so botched-up,marked out and written over that you cannot really tell what I received for my 432.00.
I DEFINITELY DID NOT GET MY DRYER VENT CLEANED !! THEY DID NOT DO IT !!
Now for the rest of the experience. The team parked their truck at the entrance to my garage door (not the minimum amount of feet that NADCO requires,and by the way Jim the manager told me they were Nadco certified which I found out was a lie !)
This truck continued to run even after they were done with the job while they were upstairs trying to talk me into a new furnace,new a-coil.This caused a huge build-up of carbon monoxide in my home which set off my carbon monoxide detector and made me sick. They had no concern except to tell me that I should open all my doors and windows and turn on my ceiling fans.While they were in a rush to get out of my home I noticed the large hose that had been attached to my furnace had a huge gaping hole in it. When I told Jim about it he said that the hose had probably been laying on the hot motor causing it to melt and in turn to damage the hose. I have noticed NO difference in the dust in my home since they were here.This leads me to believe the suction could not have been strong enough to do the job it was suppose to do.
I want my 432.00 back,but after multiple calls and emails I now get no response.

It most certainly is our company procedure to either return furniture back to its original area with blocks or tabs to be kept under the legs of the furniture for 24-48 hours, or, depending on the item and location cleaned, we can leave the piece of furniture off of the freshly cleaned carpet at the customer's request and the customer could replace it at his/her convenience. The technicians should have made that option extremely clear to you and I apologize for that. Connie in our office is outstanding and we most certainly would have sent the team back. Our management team will take steps to immediately retrain and remind our technicians of this important aspect of our cleaning service. Again, my sincere apologies as this is most certainly not how we strive to provide this service to our customers."

purchase of a ?multi area? deal. Upon scheduling the staff on the phone told me
they could not do ?stairs? as an area?when it was listed as available on the
website. Once I cancelled they called and stated they would do stairs and the
first person was wrong. When the crew arrived they suggested several ?upsell?
items?such as ?protector? and other areas that might be seen from the freshly
cleaned area. Overall they did good work and the carpet looks nice however the
customer service and sales pitch could use some work.

There are several items in your review that we will use for ongoing training and coaching as we strive to provide strong customer service with a quality service. 1. Shoe covers are to be worn at every job all the time. They should have been worn, and I apologize for them not being worn at your home. 2. It is not uncommon at all for a spot that was on your carpet to "wick" back up after a cleaning. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for this purpose and will gladly come back and clean that "wicked" spot/area again. 3. Prices given over the phone are typically considered estimates as we are unable to assess the size of the area to be cleaned over the phone. We consider an area to be 300 sq. ft. If your room was over 300 sq. ft, that would be considered 2 areas. That should have been explained to you over the phone I apologize if it was not. I will be certain to review and coach our cleaning team on this important matter of clear communication. 4. As for the unprofessionalism of the first technician, I cannot apologize enough for that. Professionalism and courteous service are 2 qualities that we reinforce daily with our clean team members and I sincerely apologize for the technician's communication. We do appreciate your business and hope that one day we will have the opportunity to earn your business again."
