Work itself fine as far as I can tell. Terrible with the care of my place. Put on shoe slip covers but went in an out of the home with covers on; therefore, dragging dirt back in. It was a rainy day at that. Also didn't clean up their mess in and around the work areas. I had to vacuum 3 rooms, sweep the kitchen floor and reapply the dryer vent to the wall. They hadn't tightened it well enough so if fell off. Cleaned out an outside vent that had a bird's nest. They left all the debris on the patio. I feel as though I do 1/2 their work for them

I moved into a 30 year-old house where the ventilation system had never been cleaned. Although Sears does not clean vent covers beyond the suction process, they put the dirty covers back up without giving me an opportunity to clean them myself. They did come back out to my home to remove the vents in the ceiling and a lower return vent so that I could clean them using my power washer and a little degreaser. I pointed out that this could have been done on the day of service if they had let me know when they removed the covers and the service man said "yea but we remove the covers one at a time and then put them back up and most people do not have a power washer. " It took me all of 7 minutes to clean each cover. Not sure I would hire them again.

The job went very well. Carpet looked and smelled much better than it did before our dog got to it. We called them at 11:30 in the morning, they were at the house by 1:45, and done at 2:20. Very prompt service.

Horrible experience. Team wanted to charge more than was quoted to me on the phone.Add states 429.00  for 15 vents,I have 18 vents so I was quoted 357.00 by the owner(or so she said) Upon coming out they found 1 more vent and the cost went up to 432.00. I was also told by the owner she would include the dryer vent as well. The workers said NO,that would be 100.00 more. The team called the office after going out in my garage so I could not hear. They came back and said I was wrong.I asked him to redial the number and spoke to the same person who agreed with them. I should have asked them to leave,but we were getting some rooms painted and did not want to wait. The order confirmation I have in my email states ;

Now the Sales receipt is so botched-up,marked out and written over that you cannot really tell what I received for my 432.00.
I DEFINITELY DID NOT GET MY DRYER VENT CLEANED !!   THEY DID NOT DO IT !!
Now for the rest of the experience. The team parked their truck at the entrance to my garage door (not the minimum amount of feet that NADCO requires,and by the way Jim the manager told me they were Nadco certified which I found out was a lie !)
This truck continued to run even after they were done with the job while they were upstairs trying to talk me into a new furnace,new a-coil.This caused a huge build-up of carbon monoxide in my home which set off my carbon monoxide detector and made me sick. They had no concern except to tell me that I should open all my doors and windows and turn on my ceiling fans.While they were in a rush to get out of my home I noticed the large hose that had been attached to my furnace had a huge gaping hole in it. When I told Jim about it he said that the hose had probably been laying on the hot motor causing it to melt and in turn to damage the hose. I have noticed NO difference in the dust in my home since they were here.This leads me to believe the suction could not have been strong enough to do the job it was suppose to do.
I want my 432.00 back,but after multiple calls and emails I now get no response.

They said they would be here between 9 AM and noon and would call when they were on their way. Mickey called when he was 25 minutes out and showed up on time at 11:10am. Mickey was very professional and did a great job. This is the second time we have used them, as we were very impressed by the first time. Our carpets look great and are ready for our grandbaby to start crawling on. We are very pleased once again!

First thing is they said they would call when they were on the way but they did not do that. Next I do not believe they wore footsies but I can't swear to that.  What I'm sure about though is that they moved some furniture and when the tech asked me to look at the end result as he was getting ready to leave I was suprised to find the most of the furniture was not put back.  When I asked him about that he said most people wait for the carpet to dry first and I told him I can't have the kitchen like that (full of 6 dining room chairs), plus a heavy globe.  I was given the feeling that I was asking for something extra so I just asked him to help me put the chairs back.  There were a handful of other things I put back myself after he left.  I felt like something was wrong about this especially after I hurt my back putting a couple of the heavy things back so I called the company to ask if this was normal and was told that they should have asked me if I wanted to leave out the furniture for the floor to dry first and if not they should have put it all back and  put blocks under the wood-stained furniture to prevent staining while the floor was still wet.  When I helped him put the heavy wooded dining room chairs back he did not say a word about protecting the floor with any kind of blocks.  The woman on the phone was very nice and offered to send them back here to do that but I told her I'd rather do it myself so out they went and back in the kitchen.  I will put them back tomorrow.  I would not hire them again.

It most certainly is our company procedure to either return furniture back to its original area with blocks or tabs to be kept under the legs of the furniture for 24-48 hours, or, depending on the item and location cleaned, we can leave the piece of furniture off of the freshly cleaned carpet at the customer's request and the customer could replace it at his/her convenience. The technicians should have made that option extremely clear to you and I apologize for that. Connie in our office is outstanding and we most certainly would have sent the team back. Our management team will take steps to immediately retrain and remind our technicians of this important aspect of our cleaning service. Again, my sincere apologies as this is most certainly not how we strive to provide this service to our customers."

The work was performed by two separate crews.  They each called ahead by about 30 minutes and showed up a the scheduled time.  They performed their work quickly and professionally.  We are very happy with the results.

The experience went well. They were on time and cleaned my carpets. There were a couple so stains that they were able to remove. I had just closed on my home and wanted the entire home cleaned prior to moving in. I only have my carpets cleaned by Sears. I like this company because they will move your furniture for you and clean your carpets.

They cleaned my carpet following the
purchase of a ?multi area? deal. Upon scheduling the staff on the phone told me
they could not do ?stairs? as an area?when it was listed as available on the
website. Once I cancelled they called and stated they would do stairs and the
first person was wrong. When the crew arrived they suggested several ?upsell?
items?such as ?protector? and other areas that might be seen from the freshly
cleaned area. Overall they did good work and the carpet looks nice however the
customer service and sales pitch could use some work.

First crew came out, did not wear shoe covers on our upstairs carpet (which was BRAND new), and charged us more than originally quoted over the phone.  The technician was very unprofessional and rude in his communication with us.  Once the carpet dried a stain reappeared.  We called and they scheduled another crew to come out; this crew was more professional and they re-cleaned the spot for us, however based on the unprofessionalism of the first technician we will not be using or recommending this business in the future.

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for this purpose and will gladly come back and clean that "wicked" spot/area again. 3. Prices given over the phone are typically considered estimates as we are unable to assess the size of the area to be cleaned over the phone. We consider an area to be 300 sq. ft. If your room was over 300 sq. ft, that would be considered 2 areas. That should have been explained to you over the phone I apologize if it was not. I will be certain to review and coach our cleaning team on this important matter of clear communication. 4. As for the unprofessionalism of the first technician, I cannot apologize enough for that. My experience with them was great. They did most of the house. We actually moved in to our house, so there wasn't any furniture and it was pretty easy. They got all the stains out. They were on time and courteous. They told us not to walk on the carpets for 12 hours, but it dried pretty fast. I chose them because they were affordable.

They came on time and did a good job . I only reason to give b on quality was that I found two spots that were still dirty when Mona dried . They did not charge me extra for 4 cushions when I asked them . This was lot cheaper than others including stanley steamer .
