He is a good friend. I pay him the commission on the sale of the house. He is excellent. He is extremely honest which is hard to fine. He is caring, knowledgeable, professional, polite and he has a great decorating ability.

SCOTT IS WONDERFUL!!!!!  I LOVE HIM!  From day one, I felt very comfortable with Scott.  He is professional, organized, prompt, caring, knowledgable, accessible, patient, polite, competent, funny, easy going, and an all around great guy.  He not only helped me buy the house that I live in now, but he has also been helping me find investment properties and listing my old house for sale at the same time.  The neighborhoods that he seems to know best are Meridian-Kessler, Broad Ripple, Warfleigh, Midtown, etc.  He also helps me look in other areas, such as Carmel, Nora, Fall Creek, Lawrence Township, and so on.  The experience of house shopping for my new residence was fun with Scott, and he made me feel at ease and confident that I was making the right choice.  I really appreciated his honesty when we were viewing homes. He'd point out defects that I would never have noticed, reminded me to think about how much money I'd need to put into repairs, reminded me to think about whether my furniture would fit, etc.  As for the house that he is selling for me, he gave me suggestions about what repairs needed to be made before the house was listed. He has held 2 open houses, he cleans before and after the people come, he gives me feedback from the potential buyers, he created an online virtual tour of the house, and more.  He actually helped me stage the house and brought in some of his own furniture, wall art, etc. to decorate, and he has a great eye for decorating!  His additions to the staging make the house look beautiful.  His photographer took lovely photos for the online listing and fliers, and before scheduled showings, he takes turns with me going and turning on all of the lights.  He has even gone over to water my flowers when I couldn't be there!  Scott goes above and beyond what other realtors do, and cares not only about the house, but about me, as well.  He is easy to get along with, and he is a pleasure to work with.   If you are tired of pushy, dishonest agents who are only interested in a  sale, Scott Lacy is your man.

He was very professional and went above and beyond what was required. He helped us stage our home and gave very good advice on improvements to make the house more marketable, and he was great at coordinating those improvements, keeping the property looking as good as possible, etc. He is very personable and great at walking us through all the paperwork for both transactions.
He's very busy and at some points he took a bit longer to get back to us than I would have wanted, but overall I would recommend him greatly to anyone selling their home.
