Excellent in every respect. I’d hire Scott again and I will as soon as the dust settles. Oh, I don’t mean to suggest Scott didn’t clean up. In fact, he left the place spotless and that’s saying something working with drywall repair.

Scott did a great job of planning work so that we were only without the use of the room for 8 hours. His finish details were faultless. He is very competent.

Scott gave us a prompt quote on the flooring, which we were very happy with. He and Scottie began working in the basement, removing old carpet from the floor and the stairs. They installed beautiful, waterproof vinyl planks. It was a transformation, to say the least! They did an amazing job! Next, they began working on the main floor, removing old laminate and carpet. They discovered water damage to the sub-floor, due to water coming in under an improperly sealed front door. Scott and Scottie removed the damaged plywood and replaced it. At this point, we decided to go ahead and get new tile around our fireplace and also had them do the electrical work required so that we could have a larger TV on the wall above our fireplace. The new Pergo flooring is so beautiful, and their tile work around the fireplace is gorgeous beyond my expectations! They expertly installed our new TV, too. Scott and Scottie are very pleasant to work with, they cleaned everything up at the end of each day, and their work is of the highest quality, with great attention to detail! In talking with them, I discovered they do a wide range of home improvement projects, and we'll be getting quotes from them for additional projects in the future. Whether your job is big or small, give Scott a call, you won't be disappointed!

Scott Kinsey is a man of integrity. Not only is a very nice, honest person, he does outstanding work at a fair price. Very flexible in working with the granite people, tile people, glass people, etc in adjusting his schedule to ours. in fact, at one point Scott was on another job while waiting for our shower glass to be installed and made a special trip from northern indiana just to finish up some work in time for the glass person.

Scott and Scottie worked me into their schedule right away, and showed up right on time at the appointed hour. Their work was excellent and they cleaned the area up afterwards. What I really liked was their willingness to do the small extra things like touch-up paint that made the replaced material fit right in. Work was provided at the quoted price, which was very reasonable. I would most definitely use this company in the future.

We just had the job completed. He came once in November then we had to order some materials and he came back just yesterday and finished it all up and he did a beautiful job. He showed up when he was supposed to show up which was amazing and he was very professional, very skilled and very detailed and cleaned up after himself and he was just awesome. We would highly recommend him. The doors matched exactly with the other ones in our home. We had some other estimates and he came in with the best rate. We have recommended him to some of our neighbors already.

Very satisfied with the work. Arrived on time. He needed to expand the cutout because the new sink I purchased, though the same size as my old sink (33x22), didn't fit in the existing cutout. Verified the new sink (Swanstone granite) required silcone rather than plumbers putty on the drain baskets. The new plumbing underneath is a lot neater than what was there. Returned the next day in the evening to fix a separate plumbing issue. Scott has performend several other projects around our house (replace siding, replace hose spigots and intall shut off valves, install interior doors) and we've been satisifed with the quality/cost. Have recommended to others and received positive feedback. Will hire again in future.

As usual, it went very well. I have used Scott before and he always does a fine job.

I started out as doing this project myself. When it came down to it, I just didn't have the time or skills needed. Scott came out for the free estimate and was great. His estimate was less than any other we had. Then I started changing my mind about what I wanted done. He was patient and responsive as I asked tons of questions. He gave great advice on types of materials to use. When I finally knew what I really wanted done, he came out for a second free estimate which was less than the first due simpler material installation. Scott worked hard and finished the job in less time than he estimated. He left the house clean each day and was careful about walking on the carpets, etc. Scott did a wonderful job, and I know we will have him back again.

See above details. All work was performed as per expectation. He was at the worksite at an agreed upon time, performed the work very efficiently and expertly. and left the site as clean as it was before work began. Would definitely recommend Scott for carpentry work and handy-man type tasks. Very pleasant to work with. His office assistant (his wife) was very efficient at conveying information about work times and dates and making sure Scott got the information.

They were excellent to work with. He was prompt, conscientious about his work and did an excellent job overall. The painting work was top-notch and we are very happy with the other repairs he helped with. Scheduling was within a reasonable time frame and he was much more responsive than other contractors I've worked with in the past. I will definitely be calling him again in the future if we have need of repairs or painting.

The work, and job site clean up, was done in less than a day on each job. I am happy with the results and plan to use Scott for future handy man projects.

Scott came to the house within a week of our initial conversation, went with us to the fixture store to pick out what we wanted, and went to work. Everything was done within a couple days.

Scott, the owner, came out to do an estimate. Throughout the estimate, he made lots of suggestions on alternate methods to do something that we hadn't even thought about, and all of them were less expensive than what we were thinking originally. He was always on-time and professional. I can't say enough good things about his work. He even came over on a Saturday to finish something because he knew we were on a deadline. I will definitely use Scott again.
