Over the past five or six years, Ron has done several jobs for us including water heaters and piping. I like his timeliness, his knowledge, and understanding of the work. Before he starts working, he will come out and take a look around to assess what needs to be done and locate the equipment needed to buy rather than telling me you need go get this or this and I will install this or this. He does the job and then he invoices me.

I have used Ron Sayles for years. He always does an excellent job. I would always call him. He said it was a difficult job because he could not stand up in the crawl space, but everything worked out. I had gotten a higher estimate from someone else so it was great.

I have called upon Ron Sayles for many years now, even predating Angie's list. Mr. Sayles has helped me with many plumbing needs from stopping leaks, to replacing water heater to checking air conditioning. He always responds promptly, and sometimes provides service on the same day. He is courteous, pleasant, prompt and very helpful. He carefully cleaned up after completion of the job. This time Mr. Sayles stopped a leak under my kitchen sink. He also gave me an estimate for replacing the old metal pipes in my crawl space so I can use my new washer/dryer. His estimate is fair and I look forward to working with Ron again.

He always comes on time. He does really good work. I am very satisfied with the work that he as performed.

He responded in a reasonable amount of time to my request for an estimate. I had two other estimates and his was substantially lower. He told me when he would arrive and then called me the night before putting it off for a day because of some emergency he had to attend to. He arrived about an hour later than he said. He dug up the basement floor, installed the new valve, refilled the hole and concrete, and cleaned up. Good job.

OWNER PERFORMS THE WORK. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE IS NOT AS PUNCTUAL AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED, BUT HE DOES COMMUNICATE ANY DELAYS. PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN AVERAGE.
