We wanted to review this SAMs Club because the customer service is great. Sometimes the stores food prices are not the best, but we adjust since they offer quite a selection. It's the people that are standouts and it gives us good reason to shop at this Club.

They offered a good price.  They had the tires in stock so the install occurred as I purchased them.  The appointment was prompt.

I could drive my car over there at night and also they provide a one-way shuttle service. I just feel more confident with them. They are more expensive than others.

They do a good job and their prices are good.  They did the work efficiently and quickly.  We have not had any problems.  Theirs is the best price I have got so far.

I got my glasses and they didn't feel right the right eye was pulling and the glasses gave me headaches.  I took them back they changed the prescription and are better but still don't feel quite right.  The glasses are difficult to clean.

I like her and have been pleased with the services. I will use her again in the future. I recommend them.

We love them. We have two diabetic girls and lots of pharmacy needs and they bend over backwards for us. A lot of pharmacies won’t fill prescription if we don’t have a prescription, but they always call our doctor and always call the girls and the endocrinologists and get prescriptions for us. We never need to have a prescription for the medicines for the girls and they will call and get everything for us and that takes a lot of work out of our hands and we appreciate that. They text us when our prescription is filled and we like that and if we are in the store and we are waiting we get a text and we know it is done. Their pricing is great. They are very professional, friendly and they know us.

Story doesn't fit with Sam's Club

The entire staff is great. The pharmacists in particular is amazing. They know who I am and willingly answer questions. They put up with the insurance company and they are always patient about those matters. Anytime I have a question about use or cross medication they always answer my questions. They always get back to me anytime I call and I really enjoy their service.

We like their price and their friendliness. We searched for a while before we found them, and they seem to beat everyone for what we need. I would rate them highly overall.

I chose there b/c of the price. I paid $157 for a new set of eyeglasses, which I though was pretty good. They didn't take my insurance, but said I could file a claim and get partially reimbursed. I sent in a claim only to realize that my insurer doesn't pay for out of network glasses. It probably is my fault for not checking into it myself prior to the purchase. They adjust the frames for free, and I've needed to have that done 3 times since my purchase.

The auto technician removed a screw from my tire and repaired the hole. He also checked the air pressure in the other 3 tires and filled them with air. There was no charge for Sam's Club members.

Walked in, no appointment necessary. Had them put in a new battery for my car before winter started. Took less than an hour to install. While I waited, I just shopped around the store. Auto workers are friendly and courteous.

I normally load my pictures onto a CD before I go to Sam's to use their photo machine. There are times that I send my pictures online, but it costs a bit more and sometimes the file is too large to send. I normally have no problem with their machines, but often there is a wait or a machine is down. If I go midday on a weekday, there is no problem. Quality of their pictures is good and you can't beat the price. Three day service is .13/print, one hour is .15/print.

We purchased 2 deli trays which consisted of ham, turkey and chicken slices with various cheeses (Swiss, pepper jack & cheddar) already prepared on croissants. Trays were arranged nicely and there were 30 sandwiches on each tray. There was more than enough food, and we were extremely satisfied with the taste, presentation and price of this product.

The taste was unbelievable at this price. The decorations looked very professional and it was very fresh.

Sam's club had a good competitive price on tires for my vehicle. We compared the prices to other places and found Sam's to be the cheapest. They offer lifetime balance and rotation of the tires for the life of the tires, also they offer a lifetime flat repair. The nice thing about getting work done at Sam's is that you can do your shopping while you wait. I have never had to wait over an hour for rotation or service on the tires.

They have a good variety of flowers, moderately priced, and provide delivery also.
