It turned out just fine. It's always good there. The environment is okay. It's in the store. They should have a bench or two to sit down there because if you have to wait as you sometimes do it's kind of a hassle and you're right up against shelves where people are shopping. It's not exactly convenient that way. But on the other hand, it's not horrible. Based on price, I would recommend it. I haven't checked lately on prices and I should. I did one prescription refill at another provider and Sam's was a whole lot cheaper.

The young man who wrote up my bill did fine.  I ask that the bed frame be sent with the mattress.  I called Installs from Sams and we made a delivery date.  Sams had me write directions and etc. The delivery company made good  contact and on the delivery date were here on time and carried the mattress upstairs.  I paid $99.00 for delivery-set up and take away of the old mattresses which I had already disposed of.  The delivery company told my husband there was no bed frame on their ticket.  I went to Sams and the front desk rather blew me off.  I had my receipt and the guy who had absolutely no command of the English language just did not get it.  After wrangling with him for half an hour I asked if the store had a manager I could speak with.  Sterling , one of their managers came to the front.  She gave me a bed frame. Installs agreed to come at a later date .  I am writing this because the customer service desk at Sams is horrible.  I am used to dealing with Costco who has an outstanding customer service desk and they speak fluent English and deal with situations beautifully.  I will never buy an expensive piece of merchandise at Sams again.

I wasn't aware they could process photos; other stores told me it would take up to a week to get my photos back.

After several phone calls of conflicting information, we determined that there was a good chance that they had the tires in stock. Sam's doesn't take appointments, so you have to go and wait. The first guy said it would be a 2 hours 15 min. The guy who took my keys said come back in 1 1/2 hours. It was clearly done and looked like it had been for a while when we got back in 1 1/2 hours, but no one bothered to call me (we were in the store the whole time). It takes a while to check in and to check out at the end. It seems the process could go much faster. When I got in the car, my tires sensors indicated 2 tires low pressure. I drove it for a while, and that didn't go away. On 12/23 I stopped back in and asked about the low tires, and the young man told me to drive around to the bay and he would air them up for me. So I did, 20 minutes later, he still didn't show up. I would have preferred that he just told me to do it myself, as opposed to wasting my time, and ending up at the same conclusion. The price was fair, but if they can't air up tires on install, I have questions about everything else. Perhaps they are understaffed. I did get the feeling that one guy really wasn't interested in selling to many tires. Next time, I'll try Costco.

Prices may or may not be lower than those at the regular grocery. Where I do save is in coffee beans and certain types of produce and cleaning products. Not all, just some. Paper goods (tp, tissues) are often loss leaders at the drugstores so the prices are not as good.

People should be conscious that if their card expires on a date, and then you don't use that card for a month or two, and then renew the membership, the system will invariably start your membership from the time your card expired, and not from the time you pay your dues. You can't ask someone to tell you that information, because they will tell you what they think happens. What the computer does is to renew from the expiration date, not from the renewal date. It is not the employees' fault for giving you the wrong information, they truly believe that the system is working properly. In fact, the system will set members up from the date they expired, and not from the day they pay their dues.

It was a very good experience. They did not have the tire that we had looked at but they had a newer Goodyear tire that was actually cheaper, so we ended up getting those four Goodyear tires installed. The young man was very helpful. The price included installation, tires and tax.

They repaired them for me and I didn't even purchase the glasses from them. The doctor was very friendly. He told me it was no charge!

Will fill as much as they can if running low on medications until they can get complete refill. Very helpful to price out drugs for you.

I was looking to save money on several of my prescriptions. I already had a Business Membership at Sam's Club. A friend recommended their pharmacy. What would normally cost me about $135 was only about $46 at Sam's Club Pharmacy -- two were on the $4 list and the other two were discounted below chain drugstore price. The Business Membership gave a little more discount. The head pharmacists, seem well trained and all are polite. If you turn in the prescription and then go get what you need in the store, the medicine will be ready -- about 20 to 30 minutes. These are the lowest prices I have found so far.

Both times we went to Sam's club to repair a tire, they told us it couldn't be fixed. We went ahead and replaced the tire the first time. The second round we went elsewhere where they were able to fix the tire. They don't sell my type of tire (Toyota Sienna) so I'm not sure why they were reluctant to try a fix.

I ordered a cake for my bosses birthday. It was great; it was a white cake with white icing and strawberry filling. Everyone at work raved about the cake. The cost was the best part for me. The cake was huge!

Good price for contacts but you have to wait until the order comes in. Very slow service on site.

After I purchased my items I waited for the checker at the door to check my receipt, this was the second time in a row that I had to go to the service desk, I was being told that I wasn't charged for enough items. Basically, accusing me of stealing. When I mentioned this to the manager he didn't seemed too concerned with my embarrassment caused by mistakes made by their employees, No one from the company ever called to apologize or even maybe mentioning giving me a gift card.

THE CAKE WAS GOOD. IT WAS READY WHEN I WANTED IT. THEY ASKED ME QUESTIONS REGARDING THE DECORATING. THEY PUT A PICTURE ON IT.
