Joe, Jay, Laura and the team did a great job. They were good keeping the line of communication open the whole time (took all summer since it involved insurance work). Their quality was excellent, easy to work with and even helped us navigate the insurance complexities. We had some extra complicated areas that had a history of Ice Dams. This past winter, we had more than normal snow and can report that the Ice Dam areas are not occurring anymore.

Russell Hill roofing did a great job. Though a roof replacement typically only takes one day, midway through the job storms started appearing in the area, and since they didn't want to take any chances, the crew wrapped everything to protect it, cleaned up, and came back to finish the next day. They kept us informed about what was going on and were very professional. The roof looks great.

He handled all the behind the scenes with the insurance company and made it a very smooth process for us. His crew also gave our house a fresh look with new pain on the outside and overall we are very happy with everything they did. Already have recommended them to others!

With the helps from Russell Hill Contracting, LLC and a public adjuster who worked with them, my insurance company eventually agreed to replace the whole roof and other items. It took over a year, but without their helps, it would have taken much longer. Laura was great in keeping me updated and very responsive in resolving issues along the way. It was pleasant to work with them.

Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

What a great company. Joe came out to look at the job, spent time to explain the insurance process, brought samples, and worked with our schedule. Laura provided us with addresses of homes to visit to check out different choices for shingles and was in constant contact throughout the process. The work was beautifully done, all within a day! This transaction was smooth as butter! Ramsey was extremely informative throughout the entire process & always responsive to questions. Always on time & there when he said he would be. Installation crew was quick & picked up entire yard, you couldn’t even tell they were there! Will be the absolute first person I call when I need anything roof related again!

I worked with Joe Hill and Laura Byron when I needed a roof replacement, gutter replacement and two skylight replacements when I was on a very short time crunch. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional, punctual and personable. Both are very hardworking individuals and made it as easy as possible for me to get this big task done by my short deadline. After getting to know Laura even more, I admired how she made sure to accommodate for me and how she communicated with me to make sure I not only understand what to expect each step of the way and she always went out of her way to make sure my work schedule wasn't disrupted. I always thought, "Wow, she is perfect for this job." and I can say the same about Joe, they are a great team. I can confidentially say that for how much I needed done and for how crazy my schedule was during that time, I would not of gotten the same experience with anyone else.
