Russ arrived promptly at 7:30PM to fix my main shutoff. He had fixed the shutoff. He said he would be back to fix the kitchen faucet and install an additional shutoff on the other side of my meter. We could not find my shutoff in the street. It is not in my yard anywhere. He arrived on Saturday with a crew to fix the faucet and install the second shut off. All leaking faucets and shutoffs were repaired and no long leak.

I have used Russ many times previously. He is always polite and professional and shows up on time. He is very methodical and his work is excellent.

He did a good job. He's coming back Tuesday to fix the drain. We have a drain issue that's separate from what he did under the same sink.

There was a leak in the kitchen sink, replaced the pipes under the sink and checked other water lines in the basemnt. Things went great!

I like them. They were very polite and did the work pretty quickly. I thought their prices were very reasonable.

They were a bit late but did call to let me know before hand so I was not upset.  They were clean, friendly, and professional.  I was so happy with the work they did that I found another long-put-off project and had them back the next day for that.  I look forward to the next time our pipes leak so that we can have them back out again.

Russ called to say he couldn’t keep Friday appointment, but would come the next day, which he did.  He was pleasant and informative and did the work in a very satisfactory way.  No complaint.

Had to come back twice but the problem got fixed and he is very pleasant to work with.  Used another large company in between Russ's visits and that was horrible and very expensive!

Russ arrived when promised and went right to work. After we discovered the Kitchen had two drains, he continued to work until both drains were clean and took the time to double check his work and clean up entirely before he left. It took nearly 4 hours, but he didn't give up until the work was done!

Good...Russ had to call water company to locate the main water shutoff in the front yard, which added a day or two to the time of the repair, but it wasn't an emergency...just needed to replace the shut-off valve so I could do some plumbing work of my own. He replaced the main shut-off valve, halo for water meter, and added one additional valve so system could be purged once shut-off. Would definitely work with him again if I wasn't able to tackle it myself.

Great. Ray (Russ' drain guy) arrived spot-on and did the work quickly, offering helpful ideas for future issues. The nature of such tasks is that there is a mess left behind (a pretty big one in this case), since the drain 'burped' when the machine hit the clog point. The price seems competitive, but gave a B on the price since an excellent price in my opinion for what amounts to about 15 minutes of work would be under $100. I will use Russ's services in the future, seems like a good outfit and he's a local tradesman, which we support.

We found this company to be very quick, reasonable and very good. They respected our time and showed up at the time we expected them. We are happy with the work they completed and will use them again in the future.

My experience with him was very good. I set up the appointment with him and he came and it took him 1.5 hours for him to complete the work. I was pleased with him.

Russ was terrific. He squeezed us in a busy schedule the day after a long power outage in our area. He worked quicky and professionally, and afterwards gave us pointers about winterizing the house. His bill was very fair. We would definetly call him again and we have already recomended him to a neighbor.

He's very professional and reasonably priced.

It all went well. The pipe (or drain) is cleared--no problems since! About a week later I spoke with Russ about 1 of the commodes. He offered a suggestion, stating that if this doesn't do the trick, we may need a new one.

Overall, Russ was punctual and professional. He cleaned up around the newly installed water heater and even insisted on coming back on Christmas Eve to replace a section of pipe that was leaking.
