They did the yard work, which I later had to rent a thatcher and have redone. They never showed up for two months to fix the fence. When confronted about the delay, there was a lot of fingerpointing with no real excuse given. In fact, they were surprised to hear the construction work had not already been done. They finally got back with me and determined that they would only be able to fix the fence and not the deck - with no explanation given - even though the deck repair was part of the original quote. They also raised the price of the fence repair from the original quote and wanted money up front before they would start the work, which had not been requested two months prior with the original order.  I have since had the fence and deck repaired by another company and did not have to pay anything up front in order for them to begin the work.
