I HAVE USED ROCKY GUY PAINTING IN THE PAST, TO DO BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINTING, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THIS JOB WAS NO EXCEPTION. ROCKY ALWAYS KEEPS YOU UP TO DATE ON HIS PROGRESS, AND IS ALWAYS ON TIME. ROCKY PROVIDES GREAT RESULTS FOR A GREAT PRICE. I PLAN TO HIRE ROCKY AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

THE PAINTERS THAT WERE SENT OUT WERE INCREDIBLY MESSY. THEY LEFT SPACKLING AND DEBRIS EVERYWHERE. THEY APPARENTLY WENT LOOKING FOR A CUP FOR SOME REASON AND WE FOUND SPACKLING ALL OVER THE KITCHEN CABINETS, IT MUST HAVE BEEN ON THEIR HANDS. THEY MANAGED TO MAKE A MESS IN ALL THREE OF OUR SINKS. WE WERE ALSO UNHAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT; PAINT ON WOODWORK, DRIPS, AREAS THAT WERE MISSED, ETC. WE COMPLAINED AND THE OWNERS CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY AGREED THAT THE WORK WAS SUB-STANDARD. THEY CAME OUT THEMSELVES, REPAINTED AND CLEANED UP, SO THAT THE END PRODUCT WAS ACCEPTABLE TO US. TURNS OUT THIS COMPANY AND ANOTHER COMPANY WORK TOGETHER. ALTHOUGH WE HAD HIRED ROCKY GUY, PAINTERS FROM THE OTHER COMPANY ACTUALLY DID THE WORK, AND THE PERSON WHO OWNED THAT COMPANY DID THE REPAIR AND CLEANUP WORK. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND PLEASANT, BUT IT DID TAKE A LOT OF EXTRA TIME. WE WOULD ONLY USE ROCKY GUY AGAIN IF HE PROMISED TO COME OUT HIMSELF, WHICH HE ASSURED US HE WOULD.
