I don't live up there anymore. It has been a long time. They were great. They were on time and efficient. They had a good price point. They had also stretched my carpet and they came back and fixed a couple of areas that had bumps in it.

Excellent from beginning to end. Professional, punctual, and effective cleaning. Someone asked if I had gotten new carpeting. That's how good it looks! Jeff is the best! We have two large, hairy dogs.....you'd never know it!

They do such a wonderful job.  They are always prompt, and do a wonderful work.  They are such a lovely couple and I will continue to use them for years to come.

Very personable young man did the work.  He is the owner of the business.  Between his hardware and mine, we figured out a way to fix a problem spot in the retraction portion of our drapes.  He was willing to return if the wrinkles that I created by bagging up the drapes to take to the cleaners didn't fall out within a few days.

Jeff did an outstanding job in cleaning the carpets and tile in our entire house!  Very personable and high work ethic.

It is a mom and pop company. The person who comes and cleans my carpet is the person who owns the company and same with the blinds. They are excellent. I can't compare price because I don't shop around for that. They have been coming for 16 years. I would continue to use them in the future.

He did a great job at a reasonable price. He took the draperies down, cleaned them, and put them back up and one set was close to 40-feet high.

Made the estimate appointment very quickly, Jeff was right on time. We booked the cleaning day within just a few days of the estimate. Again Jeff was very prompt. I had several rooms, a hallway and the stairs cleaned. I actually added an area rug and stretching with an obvious upcharge, but with no resistance. Job was done as promised. I had removed all furniture, prior to his arrival. No mess and carpets appear and feel refreshed. I called Jeff about a couple concerns with the stretching and he promptly came back and touched them up at no charge. Very positive experience.

Excellent service! I have used Robyn's Group for many years.  They will move furniture around, (within reason) you don't have to move EVERYTHING out of the way. Dries quickly. I'm ALWAYS 100% satisfied.

There is no story, I just hired them to clean my blinds.  I will definitely call them again.

Dave and Jane are professional and personable.  My blinds are difficult to remove and hang(the type of bracket has been discontinued), but they managed to do it in a short period of time.  Dave showed me how to tighten the brackets to make it easier next time, and he let me use his electric screw driver/drill.  They gave me a tour of their work truck, too.  The blinds look great.  I thought they would have to be replaced, but Dave and Jane put some life back into them.  Also, their son has a floor/carpet business, so they took one of my rugs with them to be cleaned.

Jeff arrived promptly to clean the blinds.  When he finished he gave me a company flyer, in which I noticed they cleaned furniture as well.  When I asked if he had time to clean the sofa, he assured me he did and proceeded to do so.

Great experience!  Each blind is numbered and then taken down and placed in a special cleaning tank in their truck.  Stained wood blinds are washed by hand.  The blinds look like new and it's so much easier and faster than trying to wash them yourself.  I have used this company twice before and will continue to do so.  They do fantastic work!

A very easy experience.  The tech arrived on time, cleaned the panels which I was concerned would not come completely clean because the dog likes to lean on them.  They were spotless and fresh looking.  No odor lingered.  I will use again.

They checked the blinds and confirmed what we had discussed on the phone.  Showed me their on sight truck & cleaning equipment.
They went about their work then broungt the clean blinds back in from their truck and re-hung them to dry. 
Work was complete.  I paid with a personal check. They didn't have a receipt - will send in mail.  I am very pleased.
