I don't live up there anymore. It has been a long time. They were great. They were on time and efficient. They had a good price point. They had also stretched my carpet and they came back and fixed a couple of areas that had bumps in it.

Excellent from beginning to end. Professional, punctual, and effective cleaning. Someone asked if I had gotten new carpeting. That's how good it looks! Jeff is the best! We have two large, hairy dogs.....you'd never know it!

They do such a wonderful job.  They are always prompt, and do a wonderful work.  They are such a lovely couple and I will continue to use them for years to come.

Jeff did an outstanding job in cleaning the carpets and tile in our entire house!  Very personable and high work ethic. 

It is a mom and pop company. The person who comes and cleans my carpet is the person who owns the company and same with the blinds. They are excellent. I can't compare price because I don't shop around for that. They have been coming for 16 years. I would continue to use them in the future.

Very well - they deliver what they promise

He did a great job at a reasonable price. He took the draperies down, cleaned them, and put them back up and one set was close to 40-feet high.

Made the estimate appointment very quickly, Jeff was right on time. We booked the cleaning day within just a few days of the estimate. Again Jeff was very prompt. I had several rooms, a hallway and the stairs cleaned. I actually added an area rug and stretching with an obvious upcharge, but with no resistance. Job was done as promised. I had removed all furniture, prior to his arrival. No mess and carpets appear and feel refreshed. I called Jeff about a couple concerns with the stretching and he promptly came back and touched them up at no charge. Very positive experience.

The blinds look fabulous. Clean, no water spots, excellent job. They arrived promptly. Worked as a team. No mess, no fuss. I have used this company for the past 14 years from purchasing my blinds from them to having them cleaned. Would not use anyone else. Excellent Customer Service.

There is no story, I just hired them to clean my blinds.  I will definitely call them again.

Jeff arrived promptly to clean the blinds.  When he finished he gave me a company flyer, in which I noticed they cleaned furniture as well.  When I asked if he had time to clean the sofa, he assured me he did and proceeded to do so.

They are great the nicest people to have in your home. They did a wonderful job for a great price ,I will use them again.

Husband and wife team were on time & friendly.
They checked the blinds and confirmed what we had discussed on the phone.  Showed me their on sight truck & cleaning equipment.
They went about their work then broungt the clean blinds back in from their truck and re-hung them to dry. 
Work was complete.  I paid with a personal check. They didn't have a receipt - will send in mail.  I am very pleased.

I was very happy with their service. Their price was good, as it was a special deal. They were able to get out some spots, we were having trouble with. The carpet looks pretty good now. One thing they did not do is to really remove things, which disappointed me.

Our blinds were pretty dusty & grimey. Tried to clean them on my own & it took almost 1 hour to get one blind cleaned. I had seen the Robyn's Group truck in our neighborhood. Checked the company out on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. Dave & Jane did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. Blinds look great! I have recommended them to several friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a really nice job. They were careful with the wool rug and there were fans on it when we got home so it would have help drying. The stairs got really nice and clean. We had a Groupon coupon and they were very easy to work with, they were flexible with the timing, and they got us in quickly even though they are busy.

Gentleman was prompt and courteous. He started in back bedroom and worked his way to the back of house. He sprayed first for stains and then steamed/vacuumed all areas. The carpet looks great.....

They did such a great job cleaning the blinds in one room that I purchased new blinds for another room. Very good experience.

I was very happy with their work. They were professional and worked quickly, and were also very friendly. They also replaced some broken clips on the valances. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with this company was just great. I was concerned that the two very large window blinds would be an additional charge. But over the phone I was told that 6 blinds would cost 96.00 and that is what they said when the saw the job.The cleaned the blinds on site and re-hung them. They were polite, curteous, and very efficient. They arrived when then said they would. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
