It was not for me but he has done work for a couple of my clients a couple of different times last year. They are not overly expensive. One of the guys wanted $800 to write up a one page report. The overall experience was good. Bob is very professional and always on time. He is just very objective. He knows his business well and is good at what he does.
Description of Work: Robert Young came out and did a visual inspection of some roof trusses that the home inspectors said needed further evaluation for my client. They also provided us a written report.

The end result is excellent. Our walls look great. There were a couple snags along the way where some work had to be re-done, but that was handled in a very professional way. That made the job take a little longer than expected, but they made sure that the project was done to our satisfacion.
Description of Work: There was a large hole in one wall that needed patching. Also, we had some areas where leaky windows had caused cracks in the plaster. Our house is quite old and has stucco walls that were pretty challenging to match, but the guys from RD Young did an excellent job. Our walls look great now. They even patched a few cracks that weren't part of the original estimate.
