Rob Robinson Flooring

I can only say amazing things about this project, from start to finish both him and his wife Carol were amazing. Very professional, considerate, always on time, and his work is very precise. I chose a herringbone mosaic tile which can be difficult but with his experience his work truly blew me away. I absolutely love the new look of my kitchen and will be using him again for my bathroom remodel in a few months. I highly recommend him, 10/10.

We had Rob install hardwood floors in our dining room. He had previously done the wood floors in our foyer, staircase, and hallways. He did a fantastic job as usual. Definitely recommend him.

We had Rob come out again to update our backsplash. As usual, he does not disappoint. He did a fantastic job. Reliable service, fair pricing, works hard.

Rob came out to the house (during the Holiday) and gave us a quote for flooring to be laid in 5 rooms (includes the hallway). He was very personable, considerate, proficient, professional, and yes, trustworthy. To give you an idea of his character, he helped us with his experience in buying the right flooring right down to the color that would look best in our home. I give Rob 5 stars out of 5. His craftsmanship is impeccable. I recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

12/13/2018 I cannot say enough great things about Rob. Very responsive via my chosen format(text). Free estimate, told us everything we needed to get. Actually went out of his way to retrieve forgotten items. Left place cleaner than he started. Respectful of our home. Did FANTASTIC work. Pricing was more than fair. Left things very organized and considered saving as many re-usable pieces as possible. I am extremely happy we found Rob and would recommend him to any of our friends or neighbors.

Excellent overall experience, timely, worked very fast and precise...got the job done in less time than others who have done larger rooms in my home. Friendly, courteous and professional, adhered to the price quote...doesn't get better than Rob Robinson.

Rob was responsive and professional from the beginning. I received a free estimate; he was able to tell me exactly the supplies that I needed. Rob did a fantastic job with the install. It took four days to complete the install, and he did a great job. Amazing attention to detail and am very happy with the finished product. We plan to hire Rob again to install tile for us later in the year.

We have had Rob do several jobs for us. He has done a great job each time. The bathroom came out better than I imagined. Almost a year later and I still am amazed every time I go in there. His lines are great, he works with you to get the results that you want, and he works very hard every minute that he is there. The pictures below do not do the bathroom justice. Rob was great to work with, he is easy to contact and provided great suggestions and ideas. He came out one day and removed our old tile backsplash and then came back another day a few months later after the rest of our kitchen remodel was completed to install new drywall and a new ceramic tile backsplash. He is professional and works efficiently.

My experience with Rob was excellent. From the initial estimate to through the complete install of the flooring. Rob is a perfectionist and will do the job the right way. He recognized some issues that other installers didn't. I had the opportunity to be present for the entire week as this was a large project. He was able to make precise cuts to have the wood floors fit against the kitchen cabinets and cabinet surrounds in the living room and mud room. Rob is friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. He exceeded my expectations. I've been in the process of renovating my house and hands down, Rob was the best contractor. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him for any future flooring needs.

Rob was able to meet with me quickly during a specific time frame for the initial estimate. He measured and wrote out the estimate on the spot and was available during the time frame we needed him for the installation. We chose him based on positive reviews here and he installed floors that we purchased through Lumber Liquidators. He arrived each day when he said he would and finished the job within the stated time frame. There was a miscommunication between Rob and my husband about the cost of something in particular, and Rob offered to honor the lower price, which I HIGHLY appreciated. We ended up giving him the full amount since it wasn't a huge difference, he did a very nice job, and he was great to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend him and we will probably give him a call to do some bathroom tile work in the future.

Rob arrived for the estimate on time and gave us a fair price and good advice. He specified the quantities of flooring and molding and made an appointment for the installation. On that day, he appeared promptly and worked for 10 hours straight to get the job done. His work was meticulous. He was able to cope with the eccentricities of our 90-year-old house. We were satisfied with the job and are pleased to recommend him.

Rob was very responsive. He replied our phone calls, showed up on time, asked about our opinions on details of the project, cleaned up everyday before leaving, and he did a great job. Will definitely recommend him.

This was the 3rd time that we have had Rob do work for us. He installed the tile in our kitchen. We had him come back out and do the back splash. Today he finished putting in new hardwood flooring for us. Each time he has done a fantastic job. He is on time, doesn't cut corners, comes in at the price he quotes. We will be having him come back in the near future to redo our master bath and the flooring in the kids bathroom.

Both the floor and backsplash tile jobs were done on the dates scheduled, in the time period agreed to, and for the amount quoted. The floor tile installation was quoted as a price range depending on the time required due to prior experience with the product being used. The work was completed in the shorter time value and so the cost was the appropriate lesser amount. The quality of the work was great - I have not seen any flaws at all in either job.

I used Rob about one year ago. He was very good for what I needed. He was prompt, and he gave me an estimate over the phone. I provided almost all of the materials. Another place said they had a minimum of $350! He came out to firm up the job, and he came back the next day to completed it. He did a good job, was quick, and it looks good. There is nothing wrong with Rob. If he was the best estimate, I would use him again. He was nice enough to give me advice on how to do the floor.

I bought the tile myself and I just needed someone to install it. I was going to do it myself but got cold feet at the last minute. Rob did a great job and I'm very happy with the work that he did for me. He was on time, very nice and he was fairly priced. If anyone needs a small tile job, Rob is the guy for you!
