THE REPAIR WORK RM LEATHERS PERFORMED FOR ME WAS GOOD. THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER. HOWEVER, IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. SOME OF THIS DIFFICULTY MAY HAVE RESULTED FROM THE FACT THAT THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF RELOCATING, BUT THEIR LIMITED HOURS (WHICH CHANGED TO 'BY APPOINTMENT ONLY' DURING THE COURSE OF THE REPAIRS) MADE IT EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT TO WORK WITH THEM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, HOPING TO HAVE BETTER LUCK REACHING THEM THE NEXT TIME. IF THE DIFFICULTY PERSISTED, OR IF OTHERS REPORTED THE SAME EXPERIENCE, I WOULD SELECT A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
