We were happy with the patio until it started to sink. Mr. Lawrence came out to see the patio and said he wanted to see it again after the winter. I contacted him again this Spring. He came out and said "it is definitely sinking." He said that the only way to fix the problem is to have the patio lifted, which was going to cost $500. It was obvious that Mr. Lawrence either did not use the correct packing material or use enough of it. After discussing with Mr. Lawrence that I did not believe that I should have to pay for the repair after only having the patio for 3 years and clearly it is related to the technique. It has also ruined the decorative top coat, which cost and additional $3,000, which will need to be replaced as well. Mr. Lawrence has refused to answer the phone or return any phone calls since this discussion and asking him to pay for the $500 in repairs, which I believe to be only fair. I am very disappointed in Mr. Lawrence's unprofessionalism and shotty work.
Description of Work: We had a concrete patio poured.

Rick and crew showed up on time and did a great job. He went the extra mile to preserve the city's sidewalk in front by making a trip to get his concrete saw. We were very pleased. We will be calling Rick back for future jobs.
Description of Work: We saw Rick working up the road and asked him for an estimate to remove a driveway that was no longer needed (the garage had been converted to another room). This was a nasty job because there was chipping and peeling asphalt on top of a cement base. He gave us a discount because we had a dumpster already so much of the asphalt material went into it.

THE WORK TOOK ONLY THREE DAYS AND HE EVEN PATCHED SOME GRASS FOR US THAT WE DIDNT EVEN EXPECT HIM TO DO. ALL OF THE WORK DONE LOOKED GREAT AND WAS JUST AS WE WANTED IT.
