My sewer line broke and I called Rex May Plumbing, which I have used in the past several times for plumbing issues. Rex and his son (3rd generation plumber) came out quickly and professionally resolved the problem. I was pleased at how reasonable there bill was. I left a message on their answering machine early in the morning and they returned may call promptly, before their opening time. They quickly slotted me into the scheduled, helped me make a decision between staying with gas and switching to electric (I switched back to electric due to unit cost), quickly and professionally installed the new system, and left the area neat and clean.

We have been putting off hiring a plumber but decided it was time. I looked on Angie's List and saw Rex May was close to our house. I was really impressed with the customer service I received setting up the appointment. My mother-in-law was at the house while I took my kids out. She said service was done quickly and they were very nice. We have a lot of plumbing work that needs to be done and will be calling them again to get it done. Thank you so much!

.One of my heating element went out on my water heater. I called just before closing yesterday and the scheduled me for the next morning. Rex May arrived on time and installed 2 new heating elements on my water heater. The total cost was only $148.00 for the elements, labor and everything. Very professional. Extremely satisfied.
